General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use

of Illwerke Seilbahn Betriebsgesellschaft mbH


for the Waldseilpark-Golm, Flying-Fox-Golm und Alpin-Coaster-Golm in Tschagguns,
hereafter called the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster"

1. Each visitor must read these general terms and conditions (GTC) and terms of use before entering the "forest
rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster." With their signature, they confirm that they have noted and
understood the terms and conditions and agree to them.

2. The use of the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster" involves risks, including the danger of falling and
injury, especially if safety regulations are not adhered to. Clothing can be dirtied or damaged due to, for
example, resin.

3. Before using the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster", each visitor must take part in a safety
instruction session and successfully complete an introductory course for the forest rope park.

4. The forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster is only suitable for visitors who do not suffer from an illness
or such a mental or physical impairment which could represent a danger for their own safety and health or that
of other visitors. Visiting the attractions is strictly forbidden for individuals who are under the influence of
alcohol, drugs, medications or other intoxicants.

5. Illwerke Seilbahn Betriebsgesellschaft mbH as the operator of the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine
coaster" is liable within the framework of the legal regulations for physical injury, damage to property and
financial loss only in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator or its employees.

6. The instructions of the operator and its employees are to be followed. In the event of noncompliance with or
infringements against the instructions or safety regulations of the operator, its employees or against these
terms and conditions, the visitor in question can be ejected from the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine
coaster". Furthermore, Illwerke Seilbahn Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, as the operator, accepts no liability for
losses or damage of any kind arising in connection with such cases.

7. When using the "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster", no objects may be worn that represent a
danger to visitors themselves or to other people, such as exposed jewellery, mobile phones, cameras,
umbrellas, handbags, pointed, sharp-edged or fragile objects etc. Long hair must be tied back with a hair band.
There is a smoking ban throughout the entire "forest rope park, flying fox and alpine coaster".

8. The equipment provided by the operator of the "forest rope park, flying fox, alpine coaster" must be used
according to the instructions of the operator/person in charge and treated carefully. It must not be transferred to
others, must not be taken off while at the park and must be returned before leaving the "forest rope park, flying
fox, alpine coaster".

9. Illwerke Seilbahn Betriebsgesellschaft mbH reserves the right to take photographs and make film or webcam
recordings throughout the entire premises for advertising and informational purposes. Visitors are not permitted
to take photographs or make film or webcam recordings anywhere on the premises of the "forest rope park,
flying fox and alpine coaster for commercial purposes without first receiving permission.

10. The operator of the "forest rope course reserves the right to eject from the park people who do not adhere to
these terms and conditions, and also to cease operation or the operation of individual courses due to safety or
maintenance reasons (e.g. storm, snow, ice etc.) for the duration of the maintenance work or as long as it takes
to remedy the hazardous situation. In the case of doubtful weather conditions, it is the responsibility of the
visitor to find out about opening times by telephone or by using the Internet. Any liability due to the changing of
opening times at short notice due to weather conditions is expressly ruled out. In this case, there exists no right
to a refund of the price of entry.

11. Your personal data will be used by Illwerke tourism for promotional purposes, but will not be given to others.

12. No liability is assumed for objects which are deposited at the reception.

13. Accidents which cause personal injury must be reported to the ticket office immediately.

14. By purchasing a ticket, users irrevocably accept these terms and conditions.

15. The law of the Republic of Austria applies exclusively.

Forest rope park


1. In the case of visitors who are minors below the age of 14, the parents or guardians or accompanying adults
must read the terms and conditions and discuss them with the minor before they later may enter the "forest
rope park", accompanied by an adult. The parent or guardian/
accompanying adult confirms with their signature that they have read and understood the terms and conditions
and have communicated them to the visiting minor.

2. Illwerke Seilbahn Betriebsgesellschaft mbH as the operator of the "forest rope park" is liable within the
framework of the legal regulations for physical injury, damage to property and financial loss only in the case of
intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator or its employees.

3. The "forest rope park" is only suitable for visitors with a minimum height of 1.10 m, who do not suffer from an
illness or a mental or physical impairment that could represent a danger for their own safety and health or that
of other visitors if they use the park. People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicines or other
intoxicants are strictly forbidden from visiting the "forest rope park".

4. Visitors with a minimum height of 1.10 m are permitted to use the three introductory courses (white) and the
following courses for children, young people and adults: "Golmi", "Golmine", "Mittagspitze" and "Golmerjoch"
(blue).

5. The courses "Drei Trme", "Schwarzhorn" (red), "Zimba" and "Sulzfluh" (black), all for young people and
adults, can be used by visitors with a minimum height of 1.50 m.

6. Both safety carabiners must always be hooked in the green marked safety rope. When anchoring, the safety
carabiners must always be hooked into the green marked safety rope. The two safety carabiners must never
be off the safety rope at the same time. The safety carabiners must be used precisely in accordance with the
instructions of the employees in the "forest rope park". If there is any doubt as to what to do, the relevant query
must be made to an employee.

7. No more than 1 person can use each exercise station at any one time. No more than 3 people are permitted on
the platforms at the same time.

Flying fox
1. The flying fox is only suitable for visitors with a body weight of at least 25 kg, but a maximum of 110 kg.

2. Children under the age of 11 may only use the flying fox in the company of an adult. The accompanying adult
has to read and convey the safety instructions and conditions of use to the child.

3. Unauthorised access to the platform and safety zone is prohibited.

4. During the ride, a sitting position is to be adopted and the handles are to be held with both hands. Letting go of
the handles as well as swinging or turning during the ride is prohibited.

5. Feet are to be crossed and suspended in the direction of travel during the descent. Turning the body is not
allowed.

Alpine coaster
1. Entering the facility is only allowed at the entry and exit points specified for this purpose.

2. It is forbidden to damage the facilities, operational facilities and operational equipment, to create obstacles to
the ride, to set the facility in motion without authorisation, to activate facilities serving the operation or
prevention of accidents without authorisation, or to undertake other actions which could disturb or endanger the
operation.

3. Individuals who are unable to properly take a place on the sled or operate this in an orderly manner, e.g. due to
disabilities, are excluded from the ride for reasons of safety. As the case may be, use in the company of
specialised personnel or a trusted person who then assumes responsibility for the user is possible.

4. Use of the facility is only allowed by means of provided sleds. Do not bring loose articles of clothing (belts,
shawls, shoelaces etc.) as well as pigtails in the proximity of the carriageway or sled wheels.

5. Stretching out the arms and legs or leaning out of the vehicle is prohibited.

6. Every passenger uses this sports facility at their own risk. Reckless operation can lead to substantial injuries.
Always brake in due time and approach the end of the carriageway at walking speed.

7. The speed is to be selected so that a person does not endanger themselves or others. Maintain a minimum
distance of 25 metres to those riding ahead. Running into other vehicles is strictly prohibited. The tailgating
person is liable for all consequences. Do not ride too slowly, stop only in an emergency.

8. A minimum extended braking distance of 50 metres is to be maintained in the event of wet conditions or frost.

9. Always keep the upper body in the direction of travel do not turn around, lie down or kneel.

10. Pay attention to traffic signs and concentrate fully on the next carriageway section (at least 25 metres).

11. Person steering: always keep hands on the brake levers.

12. The larger person always sits in the rear. Always keep hands on the brake lever or handle. The steering person
must have a clear view.

13. Children under 3 years of age may not use the carriageway.

14. Children less than 8 years of age may only use the carriageway together with older individuals (over 14 years
of age) who have been familiarised with the carriageway and have been delegated the responsibility to use
two-seated sleds by the person responsible for supervision.

15. The displayed starting intervals are to be observed.

16. Maximum weight is 160 kg.
