Worked on the Kitimat LNG project with the PTP's (Pacific Trails Pipeline) Concept
Delivery team. Responsibilities include managing internal and external resources to prepare work plans,
budget estimates and alternative proposals for the PTP project.
Collaborated with all key stakeholders including Engineering, Project Controls,
Regulatory, Land, Aboriginal Relations, etc. Project value $7B+

PEMBINA PIPELINE CORPORATION - Calgary, AB - 2014 to July 2015

Managed a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and support staff to design, plan and execute dozens of
pipeline MOC, Geo-tech and pipeline integrity projects for the
Conventional Business Unit (CBU). Worked closely with Land, Survey, Regulatory,
Aboriginal Affairs, Environment, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Logistics,
Construction, Integrity and Operations to execute pipeline mitigation and remediation
projects in BC (Taylor to Prince George to Kamloops), and AB (Edson, Fox Creek,
Grande Prairie to Edmonton). Sizes of pipelines ranged from 3" to 24" diameter, and were both gas and oil
transportation lines. Projects value $50MM+

INTER PIPELINE LTD - Calgary, AB - 2013 to 2014
1 year Contract)

Managed an experienced team of professionals to design and manage the single


largest expansion in Inter Pipeline's history of the Conventional Mid-Saskatchewan
Pipeline System (oil system - $110 Million. Fully accountable for all aspects of the upgrade project including,
but not limited to, Engineering and Design, Procurement,
Environment and Regulatory, Land, Survey, Construction Management and
Commissioning and Start-Up. Liaise with all stakeholders including holding Open
Houses and Regulatory meetings. Pipeline sizes ranged from 4" to 10" and were
primarily oil gathering, metering, storage, and connection to larger midstream
company.

CONOCOPHILLIPS CANADA - Calgary, AB - 2008 to 2013
Working closely with Operations and Production to develop the Scope of Work and execute Facilities Projects
in the Western Canada Business Unit, including but not limited to:

o Develop and review project economics to determine feasibility


o Detailed engineering design including cost estimate creation and approval through FEL gates and
milestones, and all review stages
o Bidding and procurement of services and materials
o Management of a team of professionals, including in-house and EPC
subject matter expects and support staff
o Sit in on all HAZOPs, Design Reviews and Project Planning and
Execution meetings prior to Construction Kick-Off to ensure

Facilities Engineers, including DBMs and AFE Cost Estimates
o Key contributor to many of the company's standards, procedures and project tools used in Facilities
Engineering projects
o Awarded recognition from Canadian and American Senior Management for my key role in Small Project
(less than $15MM) Execution

o I ensure timeliness of all project deliverables, and take direct
responsibility and accountability for my projects from inception to handover to Operations.
o I regularly conduction "post-mortems" on all of my larger projects to compare expected results to actual, and
look for ways to improve.

Key projects included: Gilby Gas Plant expansion on inlet separation, compression,
flare and utility systems (2009) - $15MM, multiple gas battery and gas compressor

QATAR PETROLEUM - Doha, QA - 2006 to 2008
2 Year Contract):

Responsible for the final stage of commissioning and start-up of an LNG Plant (NGL- 4) in Mesaieed, Qatar
($1 Billion USD). Managed the remedial works and start-up of the Dukhan Gas Artificial Lift Project, Qatar
($700 Million USD). Duties included
management of international EPC contractors (Snamprogetti and Hyundai), review and approval of all designs
and procedures, coordination of site activities, performing
on-site inspections, cost control, liaise with Operations, Production, QAC, and Safety
personnel, and assisting Qataris and other multinationals with on-the-job training through presentations and
training seminars.

FENMARK ENGINEERING LTD - Calgary, AB - 2001 to 2006
Managed a team of professionals to design, procure, and coordinate Oil and Gas
facilities and pipeline construction projects throughout Western Canada, including
provision of all regulatory applications and technical support for field supervisors and land administration staff.
Area of Operations included British Columbia, Alberta,
Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Key projects included: 60 mmscfd Sour Gas Plant in central Alberta; Sour Oil
Loading and Shipping Terminal in Waskada, Manitoba; Sour Gas Compressor
Stations in Alberta and British Columbia; Critical Sour Gas Gathering and
Transmission Pipelines in Alberta; and, Sour Oil Batteries in Southeast
Saskatchewan. Clients included: Petrofund Energy Trust, Lario Oil & Gas, RedStar
Energy, Apache Canada Ltd., WestRock Energy, NAL Resources.
