Answer the following questions:

1. Behavior is generally predictable, so there is no need to formally study Organization

Behavior. Why is the statement wrong?
2. If job satisfaction is not a behavior, why is it considered important?
3. What are the potential sources of stress for students? Give measures to eliminate
stress being a student?
4. On a scale of 1 to 10 measuring the sophistication of a scientific discipline in predicting
phenomena, mathematical physics would probably be a 10. Where do you think
Organization Behavior would fall on the scale? Why?
5. What do you think is the single most critical people problem that managers face
today? Give specific support for your position?
6. What have you learned about learning that could help you to explain the behavior of
students in a classroom if:
a. The instructor gives only one test-a final examination at the end of the course?
b. The instructor gives four exams during the term, and out of these best 2
counts.
c. The students grades are based on the results of numerous exams, none of which
are announced by the instructor ahead of time?
7. What was your reaction the last time you received some feedback on performance at
work? How useful did you find it? Do you actively seek out feedback or. Like most of
us, do you avoid it if you can?
8. Does satisfaction mean the same to everyone? Look around those you perceive as
satisfied and find out why they are satisfied. What will give you satisfaction?
9. What do you think is more likely to lead to success on a job: a good ability-job fit or
personality-organization fit?
10. Explore what makes students actually learn unethical behaviors during their academic
era.
