Maguindanao, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state:

1. That WE received an information that we are involved in a complaint-

letter dated September 7, 2016 filed against the person of Haman D.
Abubacar;

2. That the attached Two Page Attendance Sheet in the complaint-letter

against Mr. Haman Abubacar were signed by the teachers upon reporting for
work duty at Datu Paglas National High School on September 7, 2016 as
standard operating procedure of their institution and not as an attendance
for any deliberation of an adminitrative case against Mr. Haman Abubacar;

3. That WE hereby unequivocally deny involvement in the aforementioned

administrative case against Mr. Haman Abubacar;

4. That WE are executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and to
deny absolutely and entirely any involvement in the case/s aforementioned
and for all legal intents and purposes.
