repetitious.AnegotiatormaytrytosimplifytheEnglishwording.Butthisis
sometimesdangerous.AngloAmericancontractlawismostlycaselaw,so
lawyersdraftcontractswithcases(precedents)inmind.Ifajudgeinthepast

theabsenceofacodifiedlaw,lawyerstrytocoveralleventualitiesinthe

own.

precedent.Ifthisprecedentisbinding,futurejudgesalwaysfollowit.The
