Climate Change

Climate change is one of the largest global issues today. With thousands of greenhouse

gases being burn a year our worlds temperature is escalating fast. According to NASA if this is

not stopped things like rising sea levels, weather patterns changing, and interfering with

ecosystems could occur fast.

As of right now we need to become very cautionary and frugal with what we have left.

India accountable for 4.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. India has the second

most populated county in the world. Due to the dense population of 1,281,935,911 and the fact

India is the biggest coal producers in the world it cause us to burn about 500,000 thousand metric

tons of carbon a year.

India has been aware of this issue for quite sometime and has worked with the UN on

steps to turn this around. On the 2nd of October 2016 signed to the Paris agreement to cut the

amount of fossil fuels. India ratified the Paris agreement, that at the most 40% of its electricity

will come from non-fossil by the year 2030. All 196 nations have signed the Paris agreement.

As of right now India is just going along with what we signed. We are willing to help in

anyway and do what it takes. The ratification is fairly new there are many kinks to be sorted,

ideas to be shared and perfected. One idea is to spit the amount of fossil fuels each country is
allowed to use. India believes that we can come up with a system that works for everyone will

just take some collabionson.
