A Healthier Meal

With the given data above I was able to compare and contrast a meal between four fast food companies. After analyzing the
information, I am able to see exactly what is going in to my body when I eat these certain foods. One thing I did learn about the
meals is they are all relatively close in respect to the nutritional values except the meal from Back Yard Burger which has
considerably higher values in all categories but one. Based on the information and data given, I would say that a meal from Back
Yard Burger would be the most beneficial for me. I am currently trying to gain weight and size, which I will need to consume higher
daily values than the ones recommended. With the meal from Back Yard Burger, it will help by giving me the most calories, carbs
and protein. This will give me the energy and strength that I dont believe the other meals will be able to do so I can finish my
workouts.
