Job Title Head - Automation

Location Mumbai

Head Automation is responsible for building efficiencies in the system and enabling the business
functions to deliver their objectives effectively. You will be responsible for automating the
business processes, arresting the breakdowns, integrating the cross functional processes and
improving operational efficiencies in the system. Eventually, it should lead to reducing
operational cost and enable operational /management decision-making.

To do this you will need to be good at:

Key Responsibilities

Leading and inspiring the functional / operational teams to identify the business needs,
process gaps and levers to build efficient system.

Identifying key business processes, simplify / improve them to build operational

efficiencies and managerial decision-making.

Identifying key technologies such as servers, switches, networks, bandwidth etc. to be

deployed to enable smooth deployment of applications chosen.

Identifying and build relationships with partners who can build and deploy the necessary
applications and technologies for us.

Defining best in class practices to evaluate partners, award contracts and managing their
outcomes effectively within cost, timeline and quality parameters.

Overseeing the design and implementation of IT projects that bring about positive
changes in our functioning and in turn, in the lives of children.

Facilitating and communicating the need, progress and benefits of automation on a

continuous basis to inspire the business users and building ownership in them to own
the implementation of business applications.

Planning for adequate fund, people, infrastructure and administrative support for the
deployment and operations across locations in the Region.

Qualifications - Engineering graduate, preferably in Computer Science with an MBA in

systems
- Experience in deploying large IT applications across multiple locations,
preferably in Social sector
