A comprehensive range of EOD and IED defeat
systems designed for optimum performance in
the most demanding environments
Disruptors
Our range of disruptors is suitable for a variety of users from light-scale special tactics EOD teams to vehicle-
based specialist bomb squad units. They include lightweight man-portable, classic tripod mounted, and advanced
recoilless disruptors. Standard mounting interfaces allow all of our disruptors to be integrated onto any ROV.

WASP lightweight disruptors Classic disruptors

Designed for use in dynamic situations where
both optimum target performance and lightweight
capability are required, WASP offers an IED
neutralise performance at a fraction of the
weight of traditional water jet disruptors.
Fully loaded WASP weighs just 1kg and can

use a variety of cartridges.
For medium IED neutralise performance the tried and tested Pigstick
is a trusted piece of equipment in the EOD inventory. When greater
effect is required, its slightly larger Hotrod variant provides a more
powerful alternative.
Recoilless disruptors
Our stand-off recoilless disruptors provide the EOD professional
with the complete UXO and IED neutralise capability. Available in
three sizes, each variant is complemented by a range of target specific
projectile options to ensure the desired target effect is achieved. The
recoilless system removes the need for extra weight and the danger of
collateral damage.

De-armers and de-fusers

Our range of de-armers and de-fusers neutralises the bomb threat by rendering the fuse ineffective. Widely
used by Conventional Munitions Disposal (CMD) teams worldwide they offer a proven means to safely dispose
of bombs and munitions.

De-armers
Our range of recoilless disruptors benefits from an interchangeable
barrel to give them an additional de-armer capability.

De-fusers
We offer complete kits to electrically or mechanically disarm devices.
Solutions, gels, or liquid nitrogen can be injected into fuses to disable
the mechanism, firing circuit or power supply. vAlternatively, fuses can
be removed from devices at a safe distance using a fuze extractor or
rocket wrench.

A complete range of initiators which offer
optimum flexibility and control over short
and long distances
Wireless initiators
To meet the ever changing needs of our users, we offer both short and
long range RF initiators, and single and multi-channel options. All are
state-of-the-art in lightweight RF initiation and benefit from securely
coded firing systems. Short-range initiators have a typical range of 1km
(line of sight) and are ideally suited for EOD and disruptor firing. The
long-range initiators have a 10km (line of sight) range and are ideal for
sequenced initiation.

Wired firing systems
The operationally proven Shrike is the current standard in hard-wired
exploders. From the arctic to the tropics, Shrike has proven itself as a
safe, reliable and cost-effective system for the initiation of explosives,
mines, pyrotechnics and other electro-explosive devices. A super-
compact variant, the Mini Shrike, is also available which provides the
same performance and one-handed operation.

Demolition stores
Specialist EOD units each have a specific need for explosive products.
With more than 100 years experience in detonation technology, we
supply a full range of products designed to give users an efficient means
to lay and set off explosive charges. In addition to core components
such as detonators and boosters; detonating cord and fuse
instantaneous; we also supply mouldable and sheet plastic explosive.

Detonators are available in both electric and non-electric variants and

are in service and trusted by UK Metropolitan Police. They are ideal for
the initiation of main charges such as our sheet or mouldable plastic
explosives. Suitable for a range of applications including bomb clearance
and cutting tasks, these waterproof explosives are easily cut to create
precise shapes in order to achieve the desired target effect.

Handheld detectors Search capability

We have access to a world-leading range of handheld detect solutions

capable Metal Detectors (MD), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
and Non-Linear Junction Detection (NLJD) products. With recent
operational experience and a strong track record in delivering the most
appropriate detect solutions we can provide capability for Improvised
Explosive Device (IED) both sub-surface and surface laid - and mine /
Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) detection and beyond.

Solutions typically match both manual and remote search equipment in

Training courses
Courses are modular to allow capability to be rapidly developed but allow cumulative growth across the full
spectrum of EOD/C-IED disciplines.

Search courses
Search courses are designed to provide capability to those personnel
assigned to guarding duties to provide a higher level of assurance at
ingress and egress points.

Conventional munitions disposal (CMD)

Improvised explosive device disposal (IEDD)

Instructors
Our instructors are all former British Army subject matter experts in
disciplines relating to C-IED. They have held prestigious appointments at
UK C-IED training schools and designed and delivered new courses to
address the threat in Afghanistan and Iraq. They have recent operational
experience having been deployed in the UK, Northern Ireland, Bosnia,
Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Some have also worked extensively with
UK and foreign Special Forces providing detailed advice and support in
IEDD and search.
