Dieses Handbuch enthlt Hinweise, die Sie zu Ihrer persnlichen Sicherheit sowie zur Vermeidung von Sach-
schden beachten mssen. Die Hinweise zu Ihrer persnlichen Sicherheit sind durch ein Warndreieck hervorge-
hoben, Hinweise zu alleinigen Sachschden stehen ohne Warndreieck. Je nach Gefhrdungsstufe werden die
Warnhinweise in abnehmender Reihenfolge wie folgt dargestellt.

GEFAHR
bedeutet, dass Tod oder schwere Krperverletzung eintreten wird, wenn die entsprechenden Vorsichtsma-
nahmen nicht getroffen werden.

WARNUNG

Beim Auftreten mehrerer Gefhrdungsstufen wird immer der Warnhinweis zur jeweils hchsten Stufe verwendet.
Wenn in einem Warnhinweis mit dem Warndreieck vor Personenschden gewarnt wird, dann kann im selben
Warnhinweis zustzlich eine Warnung vor Sachschden angefgt sein.

Das zugehrige Gert/System darf nur in Verbindung mit dieser Dokumentation eingerichtet und betrieben wer-
den. Inbetriebsetzung und Betrieb eines Gertes/Systems drfen nur von qualifiziertem Personal vorgenommen
werden. Qualifiziertes Personal im Sinne der sicherheitstechnischen Hinweise dieser Dokumentation sind Perso-

Ergnzend zu dieser Anleitung immer die Sicherheits- und Inbetriebnahmehin-
weise bzw. Betriebsanleitung der zugehrigen Motoren (z. B. der 1 LA7-Motoren)
mitbeachten.

1 Beschreibung
1.1 Anwendungsbereich
Bestimmungsgeme Verwendung: Die Motorstecker werden fr Drehstrom-
Asynchronmotoren der Baugren 56-132M verwendet.
max. Spannung 500 V VDE (UL/CSA 600 V), max. Strom 16 A, max. Leistung 7,5 kW

1.2 Aufbau
Der Motorstecker wird im Werk montiert und ersetzt den Klemmenkasten mit Klem-
menbrett. Der Stecker ist Richtung BS montiert. Er besteht aus einem abgewinkelten
Motoranschlussgehuse das um 4x90 drehbar ist. In das Gehuse wird ein 10-
poliger (+ Erdung) Stifteinsatz eingesetzt. Im Steckverbinder werden die Wicklungsan-
schlsse, optional die Spannungsversorgung fr die Bremse und die Signalleitungen
der Temperaturfhler, angeschlossen.
Die Einbaumae dieses Gehuses entsprechen den Standardindustriesteckverbin-
dern, so dass der Einsatz einer ganzen Reihe verschiedener Standardeinstze (z.B.
Han E, ES, ESS von Fa. Harting) fr den Gegenstecker ermglicht wird.

2 Elektrischer Anschluss
WARNUNG
Alle Arbeiten nur im elektrisch spannungslosen Zustand der Anlage durchfhren!

Der Motor ist gem dem Schaltbild nach Fig. 1 anzuschlieen.

Grundstzlich ist beim Anschlieen zu beachten, dass
die Anschlussleitung der Verwendungsart, den auftretenden Spannungen und
Stromstrken angepasst
Verdreh-, Zug- und Schubentlastung sowie Knickschutz fr die Anschlussleitung
vorgesehen sind und
der Schutzleiter an geschlossen ist.

To be always observed in addition to these instructions are the safety and commissio-
ning instructions or the operating instructions for the pertinent motors (for example,
1LA7 motors).

1 Description
1.1 Area of application
For use for the purpose for which it was built: The motor plugs are to be used for
three-phase asynchronous motors of the type size 56-132M. Max. voltage 500 V VDE
(UL/CSA 600 V), max. current 16 A, max. rating 7.5 kW

1.2 Construction
The motor plug is fitted at the factory and replaces the terminal box with terminal
board. The plug is to be fitted in the direction of the end bearing. It comprises an
angled motor adapter box which can be turned through 4x90. Fitted in the box is a
10-pole (+ earth) pin insert. The winding connections and to choice the voltage supply
for the brake and the signal lines of the temperature sensor are connected in the con-
nector.
The installation dimensions of this adapter box correspond with the standard industrial
plug connections so that it is possible to use a large number of different standard in-
serts (for example, Han E, ES, ESS from Messrs. Harting) for the counter plug.

2 Electrical connection
WARNING
The plant must be disconnected from the electrical voltage supply before any work is
carried out on the plant.
The motor is to be connected up in accordance with the circuit diagram in Figure 1.
To be observed as a matter of principle when connecting is that
the connection cable for the type of application is adapted to the given voltages
and amperages
anti-rotation, strain and thrust relief as well as anti-kink protection are to be pro-
vided for the connection cable and
the protective conductor is connected up to

En complment de ce mode demploi, il convient de tenir compte des instructions de
scurit et de mise en service, ainsi que les instructions de service des moteurs
respectifs (par exemple moteurs 1LA7).

1 Description

1.1 Domaine dapplication

Utilisation conforme: les fiches moteurs sont utilises pour les moteurs asynchrones
triphass de type 56-132M. Tension maxi : 500 V VDE (UL / CSA 600 V), Courant
maxi : 16 A, puissance maxi 7,5 kW

1.2 Montage
Le connecteur de puissance est mont en usine et remplace la bote et la tablette
bornes. Le connecteur est mont dans la direction BS. Il se compose dun coffret de
raccordement moteur coud rotatif sur 4 x 90. Dans le coffret, on introduit un insert
ergots 10 ples (+ mise la terre). Les raccordements de bobine, en option
lalimentation de tension pour les freins et les lignes de signaux des sondes de temp-
ratures sont raccords dans le connecteur mle.
Les dimensions de montage du coffret correspondent aux standards des connecteurs
mles industriels, de sorte que lemploi de toute une srie dapplications standard
(par exemple Han E, ES, ESS de la socit Harting) est possible pour le connecteur
oppos.

2 Connexion lectrique
ATTENTIONE
Excuter tous les travaux lectriques que si linstallation est dconnecte et hors
tension.
Le moteur doit tre raccord selon le schma de connexion daprs la Fig. 1.
Il faut toujours veiller ce
que la ligne de raccordement soit adapte au type dutilisation, aux tensions et
intensits de courant en prsence,
quil soit prvu une protection contre la torsion, la traction, le cisaillement et le
flambage et
que le conducteur de protection soit raccord

Igualmente respetar siempre como complemento para estas instrucciones las infor-
maciones de seguridad y de puesta en marcha, as como las instrucciones de servicio
de los motores correspondientes (p. ej. Motores 1LA7).

1 Descripcin
1.1 mbito de aplicacin
Empleo conforme a las disposiciones: Las clavijas del motor se emplean para moto-
res asincrnicos de corriente trifsica del tamao 56-132M. Tensin mx. 500 V VDE
(UL/CSA 600 V), Corriente mx. 16 A, potencia mx. 7,5 Kw.

1.2 Estructura
El conector de motor viene montado por el fabricante y sustituye a la caja de bornes
con regleta. El conector se instala en direccin BS. Est compuesto por una caja de
conexin al motor acodada, que se puede girar en 4x90 . Dentro de la caja se intro-
duce el elemento de espigas de 10 polos (+ toma de tierra). En el conectador enchu-
fable se conectan las conexiones de los bobinados y opcionalmente la alimentacin
de tensin para el freno y los conductores de seales para el sensor de temperatura.
Las dimensiones de la caja corresponden al tamao estndar de los conectores en-
chufables industriales, de manera que se permite el uso de toda una serie de elemen-
tos estndar (p. ej. Han E, ES, ESS de la firma Harting) para el contraconector.

2 Conexin elctrica
ADVERTENCIA
Realizar todos los trabajos solamente estando la instalacin desconectada de la ten-
sin elctrica.
Conectar el motor conforme al esquema de conexiones de la figura 1.
Como norma general, a la hora de conectar, se tendr en cuenta que:
el conducto a conectar se adapta al uso previsto, a las tensiones e intensidades
que se producen
se prevea un dispositivo para evitar la torsin, la contraccin y el empuje, as como
la proteccin contra las dobleces para el conducto de conexin y
que el conductor protector est conectado a

Oltre alle presenti istruzioni vanno sempre rispettate le avvertenze sulla sicurezza e
sulla messa in funzione nonch le Istruzioni per luso relative ai motori (ad es. motori
1LA7).

1 Descrizione
1.1 Campo dapplicazione
Uso conforme: i connettori per motori vengono utilizzati per motori trifase asincroni
delle dimensioni 56-132M. Tensione max. 500 V VDE (UL/CSA 600 V), corrente max.
16 A, potenza max. 7,5 kW.

1.2 Struttura
Il connettore per motore viene montato in fabbrica e sostituisce la cassetta dei morset-
ti contenente la morsettiera. Il connettore montato in direzione BS. Esso composto
da una cassa di collegamento motore ad angolo, girevole di 4x90. Nella cassa viene
inserito un inserto spina a 10 poli (+ terra). Nel connettore vengono collegati i colle-
gamento degli avvolgimenti e in optional lalimentazione di tensione per il freno e le
linee di segnale dei sensori di temperatura.
Le dimensioni di installazione di questa cassa corrispondono a quelle dei connettori
industriali standard, perci si pu utilizzare una serie di diversi inserti standard (ad es.
Han E, ES, ESS della ditta Harting) per il contro-connettore.

2 Allacciamento elettrico
ATTENZIONE
Qualsiasi intervento sullimpianto pu essere eseguito solo se limpianto completa-
mente privato della tensione.
Il motore va collegato secondo lo schema di collegamento indicato nella figura 1.
Per il collegamento va sempre osservato quanto segue:
la linea di collegamento deve essere adatta per il tipo di utilizzo nonch per le ten-
sioni e correnti previste,
deve essere previsto un dispositivo di scarico che protegga la linea di collegamen-
to contro torsione, trazione e spinta nonch una protezione contro eventuali piega-
ture,
il conduttore di protezione collegato a

1 Beskrivning
1.1 Anvndningsomrde
Tillmnad anvndning: Motorstickpropparna anvnds till trefas-asynkronmotorer, stor-
lek 56-132M. max. spnning 500 V VDE (UL/CSA 600 V), max. strm 16 A, max. ef-
fekt 7,5 kW.

1.2 Konstruktion
Motorstickproppen monteras i fabriken och den erstter uttagsldan med anslut-
ningsplint. Stickproppen r monterad mot BS och bestr av ett nervinklat motoranslut-
ningshus som r svngbar med 4x90. I huset instts en 10-polig (+ jordning) stiftin-
sttning. Till stickkontakten kopplas vinkelkontakterna, alternativt bromsans spn-
ningsfrsrjning och temperatursensorernas signalledningar.
Husets inbyggnadsmtt motsvarar industriens standardstickkontakter och tillter dr-
fr anvndningen av en hel del standardinsttningar (t.ex. Han E, ES, ESS frn firma
Harting) som motstickproppen.

2 Elektrisk anslutning

Samtliga arbeten fr bara genomfras nr elektrisk spnning r avstngd.
