On February 28, I placed an ourder of 5 Spider Helmets with Order No. 265. The delivery
from your personnel arrived on March 1, 2017 with delivery receipt no. 893 and
invoice no. 465.

I want to inform you that three of the Helmets ordered were unsatisfactory. Two of the
helmet have scratched on the windshield and have cracks at the back part. Because of
that matter, on customers cancelled their orders.

I know that you had no in =tention of giving me bad items. I will wait to receive the right
item not later than March 15, 2017. I will return the entire older when you deliver the
correct items.
