Yoga Samanvaya
Integrated System for Four Way Success
16.11.1999

Yoga is concentration, yoga is alignment, yoga is joining, yoga is synchronisity, yoga is way, path, method
and system of directing all energies towards goal. Equanimity is yoga. Skillfulness and excellence is yoga.

Aligning body, mind, intellect and consciousness towards self is yoga.

Aligning actions, feelings, thoughts and spirit towards an objective, purpose, goal and mission is yoga.

A Visionary is Drista and Missionary is Yogi.

Yoga is optimality. Not excess and not less is yoga. Efficiency is yoga. Yoga stabilises the abilities. Mind
is wavering. Mind moves. Mind is the mud that sticks. When mind wavers, body moves. When emotions
in mind surge, the motions of body become unstable.

Wavering mind can be centered through concentration. Clear intellect centralises the mind.

When clear intellect, centered mind and stabilised body are unified, it is yoga. When spirit, thoughts,
feelings and actions are in harmony, it is yoga.

When positive thoughts, noble feelings and useful actions are in unison, then it is perfect yoga in which self
shines with joy.

The Student writing with concentration, the batsman concentrating on the ball, the workmen concentrating
on assembling operation, the driver concentrating on the road, the leader concentrating on a mission, are all
yogis.

Bhakti Yoga occurs when the devotee is concentrating all his feelings on the deity. The junction of devotee
and deity is Bhakti Yoga.

Karma Yoga occurs when the person is concentrating actions on the work to be done without an eye on own
returns. The junction of workman and work is Karma Yoga.

Gnaana Yoga occurs when the knower concentrates the thoughts on the knowable. The junction of knower
and the knowable is Gnaana Yoga.

When devotee merges in deity, it is siddhi of Bhakti Yoga. When the workmen achieves the work results, it
is Siddhi of Karma Yoga. When the knower gains the knowledge of knowable, it is Siddhi of Gnaana Yoga.
When the person attains experience of the self or spirit, it is Siddhi of Dhyaana Yoga or Raja Yoga. Yoga is
alignment and Siddhi is achievement. Siddhi is the goal and yoga is the process. Yoga is the method and
Siddhi is the objective.

Siddhi relates to what is to be done and Yoga relates to how it is to be done.

Thus Yoga is Efficiency and Siddhi is Effectiveness. When you achieve your objective effectively with
efficiency, you are at the stage of Siddhi Yoga.

Kriya Siddhi Sattve Bhavati.

The work realisation occurs through Sattva through Excellence of Actions, Feelings, Thoughts and Self.

Excellence of actions is quality, Excellence of feelings is purity.

Excellence of thoughts is clarity, Excellence of self is unity.

Quality of work, purity of relations, clarity of ideas and unity of people is the realisation (Siddhi) for leaders
and for organisation.

1. Quality of work is achieved through continuous practice and through actions and aptitude. Through
this, quality becomes a habit at unconscious - instinct level. This enhances Shakti, the power of to
work. This is Karma Siddhi where every action leads to results.

2. Purity of mind is achieved through continuous practice and through feelings and attitudes. Through
this, purity becomes a habit at sub-conscious-intuition level. This enhances Bhakti, the devotion to
related subject. This in turn gives harmony towards better purity. This is Bhakti Siddhi where every
feelings leads to better relation.

3. Clarity of ideas is achieved through continuous practice and through thoughtfulness and contemplation.
Through this process, clarity becomes a habit at conscious-intellect level. This enhances Yukti, the
knowledge and innovation to generate ideas. This in turn gives creativity towards better clarity. This
is Gnaana Siddhi where every thought leads to better reason.

4. Unity with self is achieved through continuous practice and through super conscious - insight level.
This results in Mukti, the inspired liberation. This in turn gives spirit to continue the unity. This is
Dhyaana Siddhi where truth and reality becomes one and where person and spirit become one.

1. Purity of mind is Shuddhi

2. Quality of work is Vruddhi
3. Clarity of thought is Buddhi
4. Unity with self is Samadhi
5. Attainment of Purity, Quality, Clarity and Unity is Siddhi.

The linkage, union, alignment and centering of Shuddhi, Vriddhi, Buddhi and Samadhi towards Siddhi
is Siddhi Yoga. Realisation of this goal is Yoga Siddhi.

This four way process of attaining quality of work, purity of mind, clarity of thought and unity with self is
the yoga of Siddhi. The endeavour for realisation.

Samanvaya is alignment, integration, concordance and unification. When components are connected for
completeness and generates conscious harmony it is Samanvaya.

Units, union, unity and universal usefulness is Samanvaya.

Sampoorna-Anvaya, the complete integration is Samanvaya.

Yoga Samanvaya is connected harmony that occurs when a person, team, family, company or community
practices and realises the four-way system integrating Karma Yoga, (the alignment of actions), Bhakti Yoga
(the alignment of feelings), Gnaana Yoga (the alignment of thoughts) and Dhyaana Yoga (the alignment of
Spirit).

Thus Yoga Samanvaya the Integration of spirit and system and integration of Bhakti, Karma, Gnaana and
Dhyaana will lead to overall Progress, Plentifulness, Prosperity and Peace.
