Water Service Interruptions

Scheduled water service interruptions.

72 hour and 24 hour prior advance notice with instructions will be


provided.

If your water service is not restored by the time indicated on the


Shutoff Notice, please contact the Community Construction Liaison
(CCL) or 311 if after hours.

Pedestrian and Traffic Interruptions

The DDC is committed to maintaining a work site that is safe and clean.

Pedestrian/Traffic

Pedestrian access to buildings will be maintained at all times.

Street closures may be required.


-Warning signs will be posted.

Driveway access and curbside parking may be temporarily restricted during


construction.

Parking may be temporarily restricted.


-Signs will be posted where necessary and advance notification provided.

COMMUNITY IMPACTS

Rodent Control
A Rodent Survey will be performed by a licensed exterminator prior to
construction.

The contractor will be baiting within the construction zone as required by the
contract.

Rodent Control Stations will be installed and monitored by a professional


rodent control specialist.

Special Needs
Individuals with special needs should contact the Community Construction
Liaison (CCL).

The DDC field staff will work specifically with those individuals to
minimize the inconvenience.
