Detailed analysis of the requirements, skill set and other specifications, understanding the
specifications of companies hiring process and preferences and domain;

Sourcing and selecting the right candidate by emphasizing on what the candidates have to
DO with what they HAVE, rather than only selecting them on the basis of what they HAVE;

Discussing the performance profile with the candidates and explaining the performance goals
that they are expected to achieve, work schedules and working conditions, organization
policies and other related information;

Checking for the candidates genuinity, employment history, projects durations and
assessing the 'achievers' pattern' in candidates career that provides hiring managers a
concrete way to trade-off a contrived list of skills and experiences with a track record of
exceptional performance;

End-to-end follow up with candidates from completing all rounds of the interview &
negotiating / finalizing salaries, offers and joining formalities. Communicate with candidate

Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication skills, domain skills,
interest level, availability, years of experience, current / expected CTC, Notice period, reason
for job change, etc.
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database, resume management,
maintaining computerized and manual database of applications along with shortlisted
candidates;

Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews, and debrief candidates after
the interviews;

Maintaining Daily /weekly status reports. Maintaining daily work record on CRM tool
Salesforce.
