 General Terms & Conditions for Booking Customers:
1. The Booking is subject to acceptance By Shiva Developers.
2. Minimum booking value will be 25% of total site value.
3. Tax & Registration Charges as Actual.
4. No Interest will be paid forthe advance booking under anyCircumstances.
5. Any Excess Money Refund/Order Cancellation, Refund will be given only in theform of
Cheque / Demand Draft.
6. Any Refund of advance amount to customer will take a minimum of 30 daysfrom the date of
cancellation of site booking made.
7. All taxes payable either to the authority or the government towardsregistration of the sitesale
deed shall be paid by the purchasers as per the rules prevailing at the time of registrations.
8. Sale agreement will be executed only on 25% payment of the total salesconsideration.
9. Cancellation without any valid reason 5% of booking amount will be deducted towards
service& transport charges.
10. The Payment Should be made by way of demand draft/local cheque in
favouring of Shiva Developers.
