Comments: Dani Roach student taught in my kindergarten classroom for eight weeks. My classroom had sixteen students with a variety of Subject(s):
special needs for academics and behavior. She adapted curriculum and behavior expectations in a positive manner to meet every childs Alternate K-
needs. She was an excellent student teacher. I have taught for thirty-six years and have had over twenty student teachers. She is one of my 6, K-6, K-6
best student teachers. She had a positive relationship with the students and staff in our building. Dani is a natural teacher. She has many MI, P-3 MI,
excellent qualities that are not teachable. It was enjoyable to see Dani grow as a beginning teacher. She is very receptive to professional SPED P-12,
feedback. She wants to be the excellent teacher and takes this feedback to grow and improve. Dani had outside stress during student teaching T-T K-6
due to the illness of her mother, yet she did not let that interfere with student teaching. She is dedicated to the profession and would be a great
addition to any staff.

Dani did a good job planning her lessons. Planning and managing time is hard for all teachers. It is extra difficult for beginning teachers. I
Comments: enjoyed watching her grow and learn during the eight weeks. She learned how you have plans, but they have to be flexible and revised daily.
She did a wonderful job when we had unexpected changes in our daily schedule.

Dani grew in this area a great deal. It's difficult as a beginning teacher to manage a whole classroom during small group instruction. It's easy
