California Democrat Representatives / law makers justify restricting our 2nd Amendment in the
name of safety.

Banning basic common semi-auto rifles, standard magazine size, what type of handgun we can
purchase by extorting large sums of money from gun manufactures, etc

While they pass bills that release criminals that committed crimes with firearms, and to make
sure they don't end up back in prison they lowered the common felonies to petty misdemeanors
while making the common law abiding citizen a felon overnight. Prop 47 & 57.

With more criminals on the streets, there is a greater need for citizens to be armed outside the
home to defend themselves for safety right? Nope, they don't want us law abiding citizens being
able to defend ourselves per the COTUS. They rather see you killed, stabbed 9 times, set on fire,
decapitated. They have nothing to worry about, they gave themselves power to carry firearms
and it's legal for them to commit felonies with them such as Dianne Feinstein trying to bring a
loaded pistol on a commercial airplane.

If you're famous and democrat, you too can break the laws without worry. Coolio, a known
convicted felon, was arrested for 6+ felonies at LAX, at his first hearing he FTA, no warrant
issued, next hearing he shows up, Judge makes him pinky swear he won't do it again for the 5th
time.

Do what exactly? Possess a stolen firearm, unlawful concealed carry, concealed carry of a pistol
that's not registered to you, felon in possession of a firearm, etc as he too attempted to board a
commercial plane with a loaded stolen firearm. Via pinky swear, he was given 3 years informal
probation and if he can be a good boy for 1 year, dismissed.

However a law abiding citizen going to the shooting range, picks up a friend at LAX with his truck
bed loaded with firearms and ammo with a tonneau cover (A cover that covers the entire bed of
a pickup truck, can be locking), all his firearms were legal, but his lawyer advised him to take the
plea deal as he was looking at 20+ years in prison for possessing lawful firearms / lawful
transportation. They tried to play ignorant of the law and with the first wave of semi-auto rifles
with bullet buttons LEO's, DA's, etc were ignorant of the law would charge you with a bunch of
felonies such as Possession of a UR AW, Manfu an AW, etc

Now the Law Abiding Citizen shouldn't of taken the plea deal but the odds are he would be
found guilty because people are extremely stupid, and it's murphy's law you get the stupidest as
your jurors.

It was a fearful time following the law with semi-auto rifles, because it was a 50-50 chance you
were going to jail if a LEO interacted with you while in possession of your lawful rifle. "They were
not familiar with bullet button rifles and assumed ALL AR-15 / AK's to be assault weapons".
Many people were arrested, never charged and lost their expensive rifle. You can't even recover
any of the accessories attached to the rifle like an optic, or even the upper receiver.

Now we have to turn in our lawfully own standard cap magazines, semi-auto rifles, which they
still have not setup the registration process as they want to be more tyrants than ever, they want
you to take pictures of the rifle and provide them to the DOJ, if you alter the rifle even
cosmetically opens a bunch of questions.

This is the 4th time they've redefined what an Assault Weapon is. To not cover loop holes, but to
take away our lawful rifles. Lawful rifles that the legislators in the late 80's agreed to the
exemption of the bullet button but no one knew how to comply with that exemption till the
early 2000's, now the current Democrats are spreading false information even while under oath
saying A) Bullet Buttons convert legal semi-auto rifles in to FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINE GUNS,
B) Bullet Buttons allow people to rapid reload the rifles, that it's faster than the stock magazine
catch....

It's not in the name of safety. It's in the name of tyranny. To disarm the citizens of California, to
set the lead for other democratic ran states to follow, and following they are.

It's up to the citizens to challenge the blatant unconstitutional laws and even with a win, the
next session they will just reword it and pass the same action. We as citizens can't afford that.
Liberty is now dependant on how much free cash you have in your checking account. They have
unlimited funds to bankrupt citizens in court, favors as they have buddies in higher courts. EX
Kamala Harris in Peruta v San Diego. We win the 3 panel, the Sheriff doesn't want to appeal it
and lets it stand. Kamala Harris goes ape shit and demands a do over. EVEN though the state had
it's opportunity to join the case, the state put faith in the Sheriff that he would prevent the
COTUS from being whole in CA. Kamala Harris got her way and in En Banc it was over turned.
Pending in the SCOTUS.

What consequences do they have for violating the COTUS? None, they will keep their office by
any means necessary but using the illegal / unlawful votes. Pass laws that automatically register
EVERYONE who obtains a ID or DL even non-citizens obtaining the AB60 drivers license placing
the burden upon the Registrar of Voters to weed legal and unlawful votes casted out. LOL, they
can't, just like it doesn't send red flags they're mailing 90 ballets to a 1 bedroom apartment all
mexican names. That's not suspicious at all. It happened up and down the state this past
election. Democrat props had as I estimated by the numbers a 95% voter turnout, records were
broken, no red flags

While in Mexico, they are required to have a Voter Photo ID card. A photo ID made just for the
purposes of voting. They go north into the US and we try to have the same standard, they call
racistism, and millions are spent to prevent such a measure. The standard of Mexico is not good
enough for the US. They cried corruption in Mexico and wanted photo ID to vote, but they
committed the corruption in the US and didn't want the photo ID here. Just further proves who
they pledge their allegiance to and it's not the US, the US they collect welfare from. THey're only
American enough when it comes to welfare, but anything else, they're Mexican, Mexico first,
placing the Mexican flag above the US, burning the US flag while waiving the US flag. Back in the
day that was an act of aggression, to be perceived as a foreign militia invading the soil of US.

IT'S TIME TO STAND UP FOR THE USA, TIME TO TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK FROM THE TYRANTS.
By any means the COTUS allows.

If not, mind as well just burn the COTUS and forget it ever existed.
