Q1:
You can design a website without having to use any code.

Q2:
Using muse allows me to fully personalize myself promotion website therefore giving me
more freedom to showcase my work effectively.

Easy to navigate for the viewer of the website.
Social media showcasing and direct links.
Domain name and hosting ideally with the same company to avoid issues down the line.

Q4:
To self-promote myself I would need to make sure that it easy to navigate alongside of
looking professional yet fun and creative. Links to social media accounts would be needed
and to reach the audiences on several social medias such as: Facebook, twitter, Instagram,
snapchat, deviant art, etc. A contact page would be used for this and also including my
email.
I would do the same for a clients website but also try to keep a recurring theme throughout
the design and making sure that its what the client wants rather than how I would do the
website.

Handled by a hosting company, host your site on the internet. Without this your site would
go no further than your computer.

A domain name is a website address to people can find your website.

Its variable but for an example, someone I know bought the domain name for 10 and
hosting for 2 years cost roughly 60.

An index page is the URL or local file that will load when a web browser starts and when the
browsers home button is pressed.

A root folder is where all the contents and files are held for your website to work when
hosted.

Similar to InDesign, any content created on the master pages will then be applied to all
other pages in the documentation. One of the benefits is that it saves time and always gives
accurate placements.

Widgets range from contact forms, to light boxes, to menus, to full screen slideshows, social
media buttons. You can also download all manner of widgets now from different sources for
different applications within your site. You would use them for getting in touch, people to
look at your images etc.

After Effects is the industry standard editing software for motion graphics, wether that be a
simple logo animation or a full blown epic production involving graphics and video.

After Effects can be used to show off my logo in an animated fashion for example, I could
also you it to put together a very cool slide show of my work. I could design a little
animation for a call to action like click here or This way etc. Naturally these kind of
applications could be used for a potential client also.

Q18:
A composition is the skeleton for your animation, you must have a composition to hold your
layers. From here you can then edit the parts of your animation weather that be images,
video or shapes for example.
Q19:
Keyframes are used to set parameters for motion, effects, audio, and other properties,
usually changing them over a given time period. When you use keyframes to create a
change over a time period, you usually use two keyframes. One for the state at the
beginning of the change, and one for the new state at the end of the change.

My animation worked well as it all moved in time with the music behind it and the colours
changed at a good pace too.

be coordinated or integrated.
