Manage 125 individuals daily.
Work with parents, administrators, and counselors to evaluate and tailor instruction to each students individual
abilities and needs.
Employ behavior analysis/assessment techniques to help detect and mitigate conflicts.
Instruct students on the necessary skills to succeed in their current and post-secondary environment.
Maintain accurate and complete student records; prepare reports on student and activities as required by laws, district

TEACHING 2011-PRESENT
Taught a variety of English classes with a diverse group of learners. Experience with lower-level, regular, and
advance placement students. Able to understand the disciplinary needs and learning styles of all members of the
school community.
C.A.T LEADER FOR 9TH GRADE ENGLISH 2015-PRESENT
Collaborate with the secondary Curriculum and Secondary Specialist and other teachers to align and revise the
current curriculum to ensure an equitable and engaging education for all students in the Troy School District.
Additionally, serve as a liaison between C.A.T and the Athens English Department to communicate the
developments made during C.A.T meetings.
