Impression:
This
week
in
interventions,
we
noticed
how
much
improvement
BrynnnLe
has
done
throughout
the
whole
semester.
Although
she
looked
tired
she
would
participate
in
the
activities
and
play
games
with
us.
As
soon
as
we
came
in
to
the
house,
she
went
to
open
the
box
where
the
stairs
were.
Then
she
started
lifting
her
knees
and
pointing
to
the
cellphone.
This
really
indicated
that
routines
really
worked
with
her.
During
this
intervention
we
embedded
our
assessment.
We
were
really
happy
because
she
was
able
do
accomplish
most
of
her
goals
or
improve
tremendously.
Objective
Description
of
Data
and
Observations:
During
this
intervention
we
practiced
going
down
and
up
the
stairs,
giving
her
two-step
instructions,
and
fine
motor
skills.
BrynnLe
was
able
to
poke
the
play
dough
with
a
fork
and
move
it
to
the
bucket.
We
would
tell
her,
poke
the
play
dough
and
put
it
in
the
bucket,
as
she
did
that
she
looked
at
the
object
(play
dough)
and
then
at
the
bucket.
When
we
were
working
on
the
goal
of
the
stairs,
she
had
forgotten
how
to
go
up
the
stairs.
We
had
to
prompt
her
by
telling
her
move
your
foot
over
here
and
she
would
move
it.
The
brother
came
to
the
table
while
we
were
playing
with
play
dough
and
asked
if
he
could
participate
in
the
activity.
He
rolled
the
play
dough
and
BrynnLe
would
do
the
same,
he
would
poke
the
play
dough
and
BrynnLe
would
do
the
same.
Assessment
and
Evaluation:
Overall
BrynnLe
has
improved
on
her
goals
of
going
up
the
stairs
and
also
her
goal
of
fine
motor
skills.
BrynnLe
became
more
proficient
in
following
two-step
instruction.
Sometimes
she
doesnt
really
follow
the
directions
but
you
could
tell
that
she
understood
what
was
asked
of
her
but
she
didnt
want
to
follow
it.
During
this
intervention,
we
challenged
her
a
little
bit
more
that
is
why
her
ratio
is
slightly
lower
than
the
last
time.
The
goal
of
going
down
the
stairs
seems
to
be
low,
the
reason
is
because
this
was
the
second
time
we
focused
on
going
down
the
stairs.
My
promptings
for
going
up
and
down
the
stairs
were
a
little
bit
intrusive
when
she
would
do
it
incorrectly.
But
I
tried
to
give
her
promptings
that
were
less
intrusive
as
the
intervention
went
on.
I
was
able
to
see
that
the
full
physical
assistance
helped
her
understand
how
to
move
her
legs.
Our
activities
were
very
appropriate;
we
planned
fun
and
challenging
activities.
We
assessed
BrynnLe
by
allowing
her
to
do
the
activity
on
her
own
or
with
partial
physical
assistance.
Our
goals
are
very
appropriate;
the
only
goal
we
need
to
make
more
challenging
is
giving
her
strange/different/silly
two-step
instructions.
Plan:
For
the
next
intervention,
BrynnLe
would
need
to
work
more
on
going
down
the
stairs
and
going
up
as
well
with
no
assistance.
It
would
be
great
if
the
interventionists
would
start
putting
the
stairs
next
to
the
wall
so
BrynnLe
can
get
the
support
from
the
wall
and
not
from
a
person.
She
would
need
to
receive
full
physical
assistance
for
going
down
the
stairs
and
work
towards
less
and
less
physical
assistance
when
going
down
the
stairs.
Great
activities
would
be
singing
and
dancing
the
dinosaur
song
as
she
goes
up
and
down
the
stairs.
Also
I
would
ask
the
mom
to
have
some
food
ready
for
her
so
she
can
practice
using
the
fork
with
food.
