RE: Story published Wednesday, June 26, 2013 by the West Marion Messenger
Special thanks to an excellent local physician, by Priscilla Geissal/ Fairfield Village
UF Florida, George A. Smathers Libraries, http://ufdc.ufl.edu/UF00100092/00163

Dear Mr. Clark:

This concerns the above captioned story about Dr. Cesar Gamero and Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a.
Natasha Lengua (hereinafter Natasha). The story is attached, and reads like an advertisement.

Ms. Geissal refers to Natasha as a graduate of a nursing program,

I recently talked with Natasha about her career. She came to the central Florida area
after graduating from the nursing program at St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip,
N.Y. in 2002. Previously, she was the night nurse in Gainesville at the Alachua County
Jail. She became Dr. Gameros assistant when she found out through her family (who
were his patients) that the job was open.

Natasha does not have nursing credentials in Florida. The Florida Department of Heath (DOH)
was unable to locate a license under the name of Natasha Aguilar. There is no hospital in West
Islip, N.Y. called St. John the Baptist Hospital. St. John the Baptist is a high school which
does not have a nursing program. It is not a hospital. Attached is my email June 9, 2017 with
Nan Doherty, Principal, St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School, who wrote,

I believe you may have the incorrect information. St. John the Baptist is a high school
which does not have a nursing program. It is not a hospital. Therefore, we are unable to
answer your request.

Principal Doherty responded further,

Natasha Lengua attended St. Johns and graduated in 2000. We have no known address
for her. Good Samaritan Hospital is in West Islip it is adjacent to St. Johns.

Attached is my email June 12, 2017 with Walter G. Metz, CPA, MS, JD, Compliance Officer
Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, who wrote in part,

In further follow to your letter, Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center does not have
operate a program from which individuals are awarded degrees in nursing. St John the
Baptist is a High School located across the street from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical
Center.

Did Ms. Geissal verify the background of Natasha? What is the policy of the West Marion
Messenger on fact checking a story about a doctor and his or her practice? I was a patient of
Dr. Gamero from 2008 through 2017. Dr. Gamero claims Natasha is an unlicensed medical
assistant under F.S. 458.3485, although he referred to her as a nurse.

Prior to Natashas arrival in 2013, Dr. Gamero employed Auda G. Rodriguez, BSN RN. The
DOH shows Auda is a Registered Nurse, License Number RN9382340. Audas LinkedIn page
shows she worked for Dr. Gamero from 2008 to April 2013 (4 years and 8 months), and has a
BSN, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Central University of Bayamon, PR.

Auda was an excellent nurse. During the last year of Audas employment with Dr. Gamero,
Audas mother, who lived in Puerto Rico and was fighting cancer, died of the disease. As I
understand, Dr. Gamero may have reneged on his employment agreement with Auda.

Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, does not have a nursing degree, or any education past
high school that I know. During the time I was a patient of Dr. Gamero, Natasha put the initials
MA after her name, indicating she had a masters degree. Dr. Gamero referred to Natasha as a
nurse. As a patient of Dr. Gamero, I confided in Natasha as if she was a real nurse. I addressed
Natasha as physician assistant in correspondence, based in part on the West Marion Messenger
story calling her Dr. Gameros assistant. See my fax of January 23, 2017.

Natasha Aguilar, MA, Physician Assistant and Office Manager

Office of Dr. Cesar R. Gamero, M.D.

Neither Natasha nor Dr. Gamero corrected my error. In March 2017 Dr. Gamero finally admitted
that Natasha was not a real nurse, but is instead an unlicensed medical assistant, F.S. 458.3485.

Dr. Gameros practice increased significantly following the publication by the West Marion
Messenger, Special thanks to an excellent local physician, by Priscilla Geissal/ Fairfield Village.
But the story perpetuates a fraud on the public relative to Natashas professional qualifications, a
fraud further perpetuated by Dr. Gamero in the story, and in his practice, as I can bear witness.

Ms. Geissal also wrote, Dr. Gamero does not work with an associate doctor because he wants to
make sure that there is always strict continuity of care. I believe Dr. Gamero worked alone to
conceal incompetence and wrongdoing. Natasha fawned over patients as a personal friend as
Ms. Geissal wrote, but that fake affection was from a person the patient did not know beyond the
doctors office. I found the faux-friendship routine a cover for incompetence and wrongdoing.

As of today Dr. Gamero has failed to allow me to examine my original patient records as
provided by Fla. Stat. 395.3025(1),

The licensed facility shall further allow any such person to examine the original records
in its possession, or microforms or other suitable reproductions of the records, upon such
reasonable terms as shall be imposed to assure that the records will not be damaged,
destroyed, or altered.

The U.S. Postal Service has been unable to deliver my latest letter to Dr. Gamero to examine my
original patient records, sent June 3, 2017 by Certified Mail, Article No. 7016 0600 0000 9402
9509. The letter is attached. My communication with Thomas Marshall, General Counsel and
Executive Vice President for the United States Postal Service, may be found on Scribd,
https://www.scribd.com/document/351840786/

Dr. Gameros command of English is not sufficient for a doctor-patient relationship, in my

opinion. Over time, as my medical conditions worsened (due to his malpractice), Dr. Gameros
English language deficit became more pronounced and he was unable to fully communicate with
me about detailed medical issues. Dr. Gameros key staff people speak Spanish and English.

In 2016 Dr. Gamero started a shadow practice at his Ocala office called Jeunesse Aesthetic
Medicine, through a Spanish-language only website depicting young, healthy, thin, attractive
women getting various beauty treatments. The practice features Dr. Gamero, Dra. Mara Rosario
Castillo, who is not licensed in Florida, and others including Natasha Lengua Enfermera
(nurse). See, http://www.jeunesseam.com/ and, http://www.jeunesseam.com/nosotros/

My complaint to W. Stephen Muldrow, Acting U.S. Attorney, Middle District of Florida, May
14, 2017, Re: Forged signature of Natasha Aguilar for Dr. Gamero on Schedule II and other
drugs, may be found on Scribd, https://www.scribd.com/document/351160656/

Given the foregoing, does the West Marion Messenger plan a retraction of its story published
Wednesday, June 26, 2013, Special thanks to an excellent local physician, by Priscilla Geissal/
Fairfield Village? Thank you in advance for the courtesy of a response.

RE: Academic credential check for Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, graduate of the
nursing program at St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip, N.Y. in 2002.

Dear Principal Doherty,

This is an academic credential check for Natasha Aguilar who is reported to be a graduate of the
nursing program at St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip, N.Y. in 2002, according to the
attached story published Wednesday, June 26, 2013 by the West Marion Messenger Special
thanks to an excellent local physician, by Priscilla Geissal/ Fairfield Village. (Ocala, Florida)

Ms. Geissal refers to Natasha Aguilar as an assistant to Dr. Gamero:

I recently talked with Natasha about her career. She came to the central Florida area
after graduating from the nursing program at St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip,
N.Y. in 2002. Previously, she was the night nurse in Gainesville at the Alachua County
Jail. She became Dr. Gameros assistant when she found out through her family (who
were his patients) that the job was open.

Recently the Department of Heath (DOH) advised me that Natasha Aguilar is not licensed as a
nurse, and is not licensed at all by the DOH. Dr. Gamero claims Ms. Aguilar is an unlicensed
medical assistant under Fla. Stat. 458.3485.

I am unable to locate St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip, N.Y. so perhaps the author
means St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School, and/or a nursing program offered?

Can you confirm whether Natasha Aguilar is a graduate of your nursing program? Thank you.

RE: Please direct your inquiry to the individual named in West Marion Messenger article.

Dear Dr. Caronia,

Thank you for your response. Insofar as there are several individuals named in the West Marion
Messenger article, whom do you mean? If you mean Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, she has
misrepresented her professional status in Florida. Since then I provided evidence to the DOH that she
forged the name/signature of her accomplice Dr. Gamero for prescription drugs, including schedule 2
narcotics. Is that what you teach in your nursing school?

If you cannot verify the academic credentials of Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, I will take that
to mean she did not graduate from your nursing program.

RE: Academic credential check for Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, graduate of the
nursing program [Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center] in West Islip, N.Y. in 2002.

Dear Mr. Ockers and Dr. Caronia:

This is an academic credential check for Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, who is
reported to be a graduate of the nursing program at St. John the Baptist Hospital in West Islip,
N.Y. in 2002, according to the attached story published Wednesday, June 26, 2013 by the West
Marion Messenger Special thanks to an excellent local physician, by Priscilla Geissal/ Fairfield
Village. (Ocala, Florida)

I believe the story misidentified St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School with the Good
Samaritan Hospital Medical Center.

Ms. Geissal refers to Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, as an assistant to Dr.

Stat. 458.3485.

Can you confirm whether Natasha Aguilar, n.k.a. Natasha Lengua, is a graduate of your nursing
program? Thank you.

Sincerely,

Re: Teva Cares Foundation, Nuvigil Patient Assistance Program

Dear Natasha,

This is a refill request for Nuvigil. Earlier today I called 1-877-237-4881, the
number for the Teva Cares Foundation, Nuvigil Patient Assistance Program.
I spoke with Jacob, he said to fax the Nuvigil refill prescription to the pharmacy
at 855-693-7844. Jacob said I do not need a new application at this time. Once
the pharmacy gets the faxed Nuvigil refill prescription, Teva Cares will ship the
medication to me. Thank you.

Sincerely,

This will acknowledge your Notification of Record Fee of $57.25, copy enclosed. However before I
pay money for copies of my patient records, I demand to examine my original patient records
immediately as provided by Fla. Stat. 395.3025(1),

The licensed facility shall further allow any such person to examine the original records in its
possession, or microforms or other suitable reproductions of the records, upon such reasonable
terms as shall be imposed to assure that the records will not be damaged, destroyed, or altered.

I understand you may have given my patient records to a third party without my consent. Note that
section 395.3025(1) states The licensed facility shall further allow any such person to examine the
original records in its possession,.... A third-party is not the licensed facility.

IDENTIFY THE CUSTODIAN AND THE LOCATION OF MY PATIENT RECORDS

According to Rule 64B8-10.002(3), FAC : A licensed physician shall keep adequate written medical
records, as required by Section 458.331(1)(m), Florida Statutes, for a period of at least five years from
the last patient contact; however, medical malpractice law requires records to be kept for at least seven
years. http://flboardofmedicine.gov/general-office-practices-protocol-faqs/

I am concerned about the integrity of my patient records given that you and fake-nurse Natasha
Aguilar (a.k.a. Natasha Lengua) collaborated to forge your name and forge your signature on
prescriptions for schedule II (III) narcotics, and non-narcotic prescriptions.

Advise me immediately as to the date and time to examine my original patient records. If I do not hear
from you within 10 days, I will request a Marion County Sheriffs Office deputy accompany me to
