HOW TO CONNECT TO THE ELECTRONIC
Connect to EPRS website by entering the
PREMIUM REMITTANCE SYSTEM
WEBSITE
Below are steps on how to install the root and
client certificate and how to connect to EPRS
website using Internet Explorer, Google
Chrome
The digital certificates for EPRS is stored in
the EPRS Certificate.zip file. Please
extract/unzip the file before you begin
1. Open the Certificates folder, select EPRS
Certificate.pfx
2. The Welcome to the Certificate import
Wizard will
appear Click on Next. And Next
3. Type the Password (EPRSonl1n3*) for the
private key then
click Next, and select place all
certificates in the
following store And then click Browse
4. Select certificate Store will appear, select
Personal and
then Ok and Click Next
5. Completing The Certificate Import
Wizard, click Finish
The Import was Successful , Click OK.
6. Open the Certificates folder, select
Publicrootca.cer
7. Certificate window will appear click Install
Certificate
and then Next
8 The Certificate Store will appear., select
place all
certificates in the following store And
then click
Browse
9. Select certificate Store, will appear select
Trusted Root
Certification and then Ok, click Next
10. Completing The Certificate Import
Wizard, click
Finish
11. Youre about to install Certificate click
yes
12. The Import was Successful, click Ok

URL https://eprs01.philhealth.gov.ph on the
address bar. If a pop-up window will appear
asking what digital certificate to use, please
choose EPRS Client as the digital certificate
to be used. Click OK.
HOW TO DELETE EXISTING CLIENT
CERTIFICATE
NOTE: For existing users, before you install
the new EPRS Certificate. Please remove any
existing EPRS certificate on your browser.
B.1 INTERNET EXPLORER (recommended
version should be at least 7.0)
1. Open your Internet Explorer. Go to Tools
then click Internet Options. The Internet
Option window will appear.
2. Click the Content tab then click on the
Certificates button.
3. Certificates window will appear. Select the
listed EPRS Certificate then click on the
Remove button.
4. A pop-up window will appear. Click Yes
button.
5. You have now successfully removed your
existing EPRS Certificate. You can now proceed
in installing the new EPRS Certificate.
