I. PROJECT INFORMATION

Project name : STARTPHNOM PENH HOTEL

Location : #62, 63, 64 Villages 1, SangkatChaktomok, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh,

Cambodia.

Project Scale : The project is comprised of 19 stories Hotel and Apartment on the land area
of

2,420m2 with total 26,100m2 of GFA in high luxury standard

II. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to provide the framework and general of the equipment,
materials and arrangement to ensure that all activities performance are following technical of
construction standard, procedure, specification of approved material used, so they can be
carried out in timely and proper manner, to meet the qualities and specifications of the project
requirement.

III. METHOD STATEMENT

2. PROCEDURE
The pile cap to be cut should be clearly marked by surveyor and approved
by the consultant before any cutting /coring work Starts.
Using Coring Machine 100mm dia. to drill and conduct as below:
Marked out the Position to be cored.
Ensure that there is no service in front and behind the location to
be cored.
Move away or protect thing that is directly underneath the area to
be cored.
Mount coring machine stand.

Fix the core bit to be the machine.

Adjust and center the core bit to the marked position.
Setup water protection system.
Starting the coring machine.

SEQUENCE OF CORING
Turn on the water system and start coring.
One coring through, stop the motor and water.
Remove drill motor.
Remove cored concrete core.
Chipping concrete that remaining
Clean up area.
Apply sikadur 32 on rebar
Install formwork and then casting grouting
