Electronics and Material Science: Sensors and Transducers (MEMS) design, modeling,
processing and related analytical techniques, vacuum microelectronics and IC/MEMS
fabrication technology
7. Expertise: Bio-inspired inertial and UV sensors, Radio Frequency MEMS (switches,
varactors, filters, switch matrices ) design, modeling and fabrication, FBAR based Radio
Frequency MEMS, MEMS IR and UV sensors, FBAR (filters, gravimeter), Bimorph
actuators and Dielectric resonators Filters, MEMS Energy Harvesting systems, Process
technology and materials & device characterization techniques (SEM, EDS, AES, XPS,
AFM and electrical characterization), related instrumentation and Electron Beam
Lithography.
