Standard Seven: Documenting the application of knowledge, skills and

dispositions through field and internship experiences that promote the


success of every student.

A building-level education leader applies knowledge that promotes the success of every student through a substantial and
sustained education leadership internship experience that has school-based field experiences and clinical internship practice
within a school setting and is monitored by a qualified, on-site mentor.

Personal Statement Standard #7: A leader must document the application of knowledge and show what has been learned
and attained.

Goal Standard #7: The leader of a building will use the documentation of skills to make sure that every student is
