 Installation

! This instruction manual should be kept in a safe

ne is sold, transferred or moved, make sure that
the instruction manual remains with the machine
so that the new owner is able to familiarise him-
self/herself with its operation and features.
! Read these instructions carefully: they con-
tain vital information relating to the safe instal-
lation and operation of the appliance.
Unpacking and levelling
Levelling the machine correctly will provide
it with stability, help to avoid vibrations and
excessive noise and prevent it from shifting
while it is operating. If it is placed on carpet or
a rug, adjust the feet in such a way as to allow
a sufficient ventilation space underneath the
washing machine.

Caring for the door and drum of

to prevent unpleasant odours from forming.
Cleaning the pump
The washing machine is fitted with a self-cle-
aning pump which does not require any main-
tenance. Sometimes, small items (such as
coins or buttons) may fall into the pre-chamber
which protects the pump, situated in its bot-
tom part.

Precautions and tips

! This washing machine was designed and constructed in
accordance with international safety regulations. The fol-
lowing information is provided for safety reasons and must
therefore be read carefully.
Consumers should contact their local authority or

retailer for information concerning the correct
disposal of their old appliance.

General safety
This appliance was designed for domestic use only.
This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Chil-
dren shall not play with the appliance. Clea-
ning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
Do not touch the machine when barefoot or with wet or
damp hands or feet.
Do not pull on the power supply cable when unplugging
the appliance from the electricity socket. Hold the plug
and pull.
Do not open the detergent dispenser drawer while the
machine is in operation.
Do not touch the drained water as it may reach extreme-
ly high temperatures.
Never force the porthole door. This could damage the
safety lock mechanism designed to prevent accidental
opening.
If the appliance breaks down, do not under any circum-
stances access the internal mechanisms in an attempt
to repair it yourself.
Always keep children well away from the appliance while
it is operating.
The door can become quite hot during the wash cycle.
If the appliance has to be moved, work in a group of two
or three people and handle it with the utmost care. Never
try to do this alone, because the appliance is very heavy.
Before loading laundry into the washing machine, make
sure the drum is empty.

Disposal

Disposing of the packaging materials: observe local

regulations so that the packaging may be re-used.
The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment, requires that
old household electrical appliances must not be
disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste
stream. Old appliances must be collected separately
in order to optimise the recovery and recycling of the
materials they contain and reduce the impact on human
health and the environment. The crossed out wheeled
bin symbol on the product reminds you of your obliga-
tion, that when you dispose of the appliance it must be
separately collected.

ON/OFF button : press this briefly to switch the ma-
chine on or off. The START/PAUSE indicator light, which
flashes slowly in a green colour shows that the machine is
switched on. To switch off the washing machine during the
wash cycle, press and hold the button for approximately 2
seconds; if the button is pressed briefly or accidentally the
machine will not switch off. If the machine is switched off
during a wash cycle, this wash cycle will be cancelled.
WASH CYCLE knob: used to set the desired wash cycle
(see Table of wash cycles).
OPTION buttons with indicator light: used to select the
available options. The indicator light corresponding to the
selected option will remain lit.
SPIN button : press to reduce or completely exclude
the spin cycle - the value is indicated on the display.
START/PAUSE button with indicator light: when the
green indicator light flashes slowly, press the button to
start a wash cycle. Once the cycle has begun the indicator
light will remain lit in a fixed manner. To pause the wash
cycle, press the button again; the indicator light will flash
in an orange colour. If the symbol is not illuminated, the
door may be opened (wait approximately 3 minutes). To
start the wash cycle from the point at which it was inter-
rupted, press the button again.
Standby mode
This washing machine, in compliance with new energy sa-
ving regulations, is fitted with an automatic standby system
which is enabled after about 30 minutes if no activity is
detected. Press the ON-OFF button briefly and wait for the
machine to start up again.

the display.

The display is useful when programming the machine and provides a great deal of information.

The duration of the available programmes and the remaining time of a running cycle appear in section A; if the DELAY START
option has been set, the countdown to the start of the selected programme will appear. Pressing the relative button, the
machine automatically displays the maximum temperature and spin speed values set for the selected cycle, or the most
recently-used settings if they are compatible with the selected cycle.

The programme phases relative to the selected programme and the programme phase of the running programme appear
in section B:

Door locked symbol

The lit symbol indicates that the door is locked. To prevent any damage, wait until the symbol turns off before opening the
door (wait approximately 3 minutes).
To open the door while a cycle is in progress, press the START/PAUSE button; if the DOOR LOCKED symbol is switched
off the door may be opened (wait approximately 3 minutes).

 Running a wash cycle

1. SWITCH THE MACHINE ON. Press the button;

2. LOAD THE LAUNDRY. Open the porthole door.
Load the laundry, making sure you do not exceed
the maximum load value indicated in the table of
programmes on the following page.
3. MEASURE OUT THE DETERGENT. Pull out the
detergent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent into
the relevant compartments as described in Detergents
and laundry.
4. CLOSE THE DOOR.
5. SELECT THE WASH CYCLE. Set the WASH CYCLE
knob to the desired programme; a temperature and
spin speed is set for each wash cycle; these may be
adjusted. The duration of the cycle will appear on the
display.
6. CUSTOMISE THE WASH CYCLE. Use the relevant
buttons:

speed. The machine automatically displays the
maximum temperature and spin speed values set for
the selected cycle, or the most recently-used settings
if they are compatible with the selected cycle. The
temperature can be decreased by pressing the
button, until the cold wash OFF setting is reached.
The spin speed may be progressively reduced by
pressing the button, until it is completely excluded
(the OFF setting). If these buttons are pressed again,
the maximum values are restored.
! The options may affect the recommended load value
and/or the duration of the cycle.
7. START THE PROGRAMME. Press the START/
PAUSE button. The corresponding indicator light will
become green, remaining lit in a fixed manner, and the
door will be locked (the DOOR LOCKED symbol will
be on). To change a wash cycle while it is in progress,
pause the washing machine using the START/PAUSE
button (the START/PAUSE indicator light will flash slowly
in an orange colour); then select the desired cycle and
press the START/PAUSE button again.
To open the door while a cycle is in progress, press
the START/PAUSE button; if the DOOR LOCKED
symbol is switched off the door may be opened (wait
approximately 3 minutes). Press the START/PAUSE
button again to restart the wash cycle from the point at
which it was interrupted.
8. THE END OF THE WASH CYCLE. This will be
indicated by the text END on the display; when the
DOOR LOCKED symbol switches off the door may be
opened (wait approximately 3 minutes). Open the door,
unload the laundry and switch off the machine.
! If you wish to cancel a cycle which has already begun,
press and hold the button. The cycle will be stopped
and the machine will switch off.

Setting a delayed start.

To set a delayed start for the selected programme,
press the corresponding button repeatedly until the
required delay period has been reached. When this
option is enabled, the symbol lights up on the
display. To remove the delayed start option press the
button until the text OFF appears on the display.

Modifying the cycle settings.

Press the button to enable the option; the indicator
light corresponding to the button will switch on.
Press the button again to disable the option; the
indicator light will switch off.
! If the selected option is not compatible with the
programmed wash cycle, the indicator light will flash
and the option will not be activated.

! If the selected option is not compatible with another

option which has been selected previously, the indicator
light corresponding to the first option selected will
flash and only the second option will be activated; the
indicator light corresponding to the enabled option will
remain lit.

The length of cycle shown on the display or in this booklet is an estimation only and is calculated assuming standard working conditions. The actual duration can vary according to factors such as water
temperature and pressure, the amount of detergent used, the amount and type of load inserted, load balancing and any wash options selected.

Good washing results also depend on the correct dose of
detergent: adding too much detergent will not necessa-
rily result in a more efficient wash, and may in fact cause
build up on the inside of your appliance and contribute to
environmental pollution.
! Do not use hand washing detergents because these
create too much foam.
! Use powder detergent for white cotton garments, for pre-
washing, and for washing at temperatures over 60C.
! Follow the instructions given on the detergent packaging.

Preparing the laundry
Divide the laundry according to:
- the type of fabric/the symbol on the label
- the colours: separate coloured garments from whites.
Empty all garment pockets and check the buttons.
Do not exceed the listed values, which refer to the
weight of the laundry when dry: see Table of wash
cycles.

Special wash cycles
Cotton Standard 20 (wash cycle 7) ideal for lightly soiled
cotton loads. The effective performance levels achieved at
cold temperatures, which are comparable to washing at 40,
are guaranteed by a mechanical action which operates at
varying speed, with repeated and frequent peaks.

Wool: all wool garments can be washed using programme
8, even those carrying the hand-wash only label. For
best results, use special detergents and do not exceed
1,5 kg of laundry.
Silk: use special wash cycle 9 to wash all silk garments.
We recommend the use of special detergent which has
been designed to wash delicate clothes.
Curtains: fold curtains and place them in a pillow case or
mesh bag. Use wash cycle 9.
Jeans: Turn garments inside-out before washing and use
a liquid detergent. Use programme 10.
Express: this wash cycle was designed to wash lightly
soiled garments quickly: it lasts just 15 minutes and the-
refore saves both energy and time. By selecting this wash
cycle (11 at 30C), it is possible to wash different fabrics
together (except for wool and silk items), with a maximum
for best results, we recommend not exceeding the ma-
ximum load indicated in the Table of wash cycles.
Sport Light (wash cycle 13): is for washing lightly soiled
sports clothing fabrics (tracksuits, shorts, etc.); for best
results, we recommend not exceeding the maximum
load indicated in the Table of wash cycles. We recom-
mend using a liquid detergent and dosage suitable for a
half-load.
Sport Shoes (wash cycle 14): is for washing sports
shoes; for best results, do not wash more than 2 pairs
simultaneously.
Load balancing system
Before every spin cycle, to avoid excessive vibrations and
to distribute the load in a uniform manner, the drum rotates
continuously at a speed which is slightly greater than the
washing rotation speed. If, after several attempts, the load
is not balanced correctly, the machine spins at a reduced
spin speed. If the load is excessively unbalanced, the
washing machine performs the distribution process instead
of spinning. To encourage improved load distribution and
balance, we recommend small and large garments are
mixed in the load.
Troubleshooting
Your washing machine could fail to work. Before contacting the Technical Assistance Centre (see Assistance), make sure
that the problem cannot be solved easily using the following list.
Problem:
The washing machine does not
switch on.

Possible causes / Solutions:
The appliance is not plugged into the socket fully, or is not making contact.
There is no power in the house.
The washing machine door is not closed properly.
The ON/OFF button has not been pressed.
The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
The water tap has not been opened.
A delayed start has been set (see Running a wash cycle).
The water inlet hose is not connected to the tap.
The hose is bent.
The water tap has not been opened.
There is no water supply in the house.
The pressure is too low.
The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
The drain hose is not fitted at a height between 65 and 100 cm from the floor
(see Installation).
The free end of the hose is under water (see Installation).
The wall drainage system is not fitted with a breather pipe.
If the problem persists even after these checks, turn off the water tap, switch
the appliance off and contact the Assistance Service. If the dwelling is on one of
the upper floors of a building, there may be problems relating to water drainage,
causing the washing machine to fill with water and drain continuously. Special
anti-draining valves are available in shops and help to avoid this inconvenience.
The wash cycle does not include draining: some wash cycles require the drain
phase to be started manually.
The Easy iron option has been activated: To complete the wash cycle, press
the START/PAUSE button (see Wash cycles and options).
The drain hose is bent (see Installation).
The drainage duct is clogged.
The drum was not unlocked correctly during installation (see Installation).
The washing machine is not level (see Installation).
The washing machine is trapped between cabinets and walls (see Installation).
The water inlet hose is not screwed on properly (see Installation).
The detergent dispenser drawer is blocked (for cleaning instructions, see Care
and maintenance).

Una cuidadosa nivelacin brinda estabilidad
a la mquina y evita vibraciones, ruidos y

Limpiar la bomba
La lavadora posee una bomba autolimpiante
que no necesita mantenimiento. Pero puede
suceder que objetos pequeos (monedas, bo-
tones) caigan en la precmara que protege la
bomba, situada en la parte inferior de la misma.
! Verifique que el ciclo de lavado haya termina-
do y desenchufe la mquina.

! La lavadora fue proyectada y fabricada en conformidad
con las normas internacionales de seguridad. Estas adver-
tencias se suministran por razones de seguridad y deben ser
ledas atentamente.
El consumidor debe contactar con la autoridad local o
con el vendedor para informarse en relacin a la correc- ES
ta eleminacin de su electrodomstico viejo.

Seguridad general
Este aparato ha sido fabricado para un uso de tipo dom-
stico exclusivamente.
Este aparato puede ser utilizado por nios de
8 aos o ms y por personas con capacidades
fsicas, sensoriales o mentales disminuidas o
con experiencia y conocimientos insuficientes
siempre que sean supervisados o que hayan
recibido una adecuada formacin sobre el uso
del aparato en forma segura y conozcan los
peligros derivados del mismo. Los nios no
deben jugar con el aparato. El mantenimiento
y la limpieza no deben ser realizados por nios
sin supervisin.
No toque la mquina con los pies desnudos ni con las
manos o los pies mojados o hmedos.
No desenchufe la mquina tirando el cable, sino tomando
el enchufe.
No abra el contenedor de detergentes mientras la mquina
est en funcionamiento.
No toque el agua de descarga porque puede alcanzar
temperaturas elevadas.
En ningn caso fuerce la puerta: podra daarse el meca-
nismo de seguridad que la protege de aperturas acciden-
tales.
En caso de avera, no acceda nunca a los mecanismos
internos para intentar una reparacin.
Controle siempre que los nios no se acerquen a la mqui-
na cuando est en funcionamiento.
Durante el lavado, la puerta tiende a calentarse.
Si debe ser trasladada, debern intervenir dos o ms per-
sonas, procediendo con el mximo cuidado. La mquina
no debe ser desplazada nunca por una sola persona ya
que es muy pesada.
Antes de introducir la ropa controle que el cesto est vaco.

Eliminaciones

Eliminacin del material de embalaje: respete las normas loca-

les, de ese modo, los embalajes podrn volver a ser utilizados.
En base a la Norma europea 2012/19/EU de Residuos
de aparatos Elctricos y Electrnicos, los electrodomsti-
cos viejos no pueden ser arrojados en los contenedores
municipales habituales; tienen que ser recogidos selecti-
vamente para optimizar la recuperacin y reciclado de los
componentes y materiales que los constituyen, y reducir
el impacto en la salud humana y el medioambiente. El
smbolo del cubo de basura tachado se marca sobre todos
los productos para recordar al consumidor la obligacin
de separarlos para la recogida selectiva.

Contenedor de detergentes: para cargar detergentes y
aditivos (ver Detergentes y ropa).
Botn ON/OFF : presione brevemente el botn para
encender o apagar la mquina. El piloto START/PAUSE que
centellea lentamente de color verde indica que la mquina
est encendida. Para apagar la lavadora durante el lavado, es
necesario mantener presionado el botn durante ms tiempo,
aproximadamente 2 seg.; si se presiona en forma ms breve
o accidental, la mquina no se apagar. Si la mquina se
apaga durante un lavado en curso, dicho lavado se anular.
Mando de PROGRAMAS: para elegir los programas. Duran-
te el funcionamiento del programa el mando no se mueve.
Botones con pilotos de FUNCIN: para seleccionar las
funciones disponibles. El piloto correspondiente a la funcin
seleccionada permanecer encendido.
Botn con piloto START/PAUSE : cuando el piloto verde
centellea lentamente, presione el botn para que comience
el lavado. Una vez que el ciclo ha comenzado, el piloto se
mantiene fijo. Para poner en pausa el lavado, presione nueva-
mente el botn; el piloto centellear con un color anaranjado.
Si el smbolo no est iluminado, se podr abrir la puerta
(espere 3 minutos aproximadamente). Para que el lavado se
reanude a partir del momento en el cual fue interrumpido,
presione nuevamente el botn.
Modalidad de stand by
Esta lavadora est en conformidad con las nuevas normativas
vinculadas al ahorro energtico. Est dotada de un sistema
de auto-apagado (stand by) que, en caso de no funciona-
miento, se activa pasados aproximadamente 30 minutos.
Presionar brevemente el botn ON-OFF y esperar que la
mquina se active.

Botn CENTRIFUGADO : presinelo para disminuir o

excluir totalmente el centrifugado - el valor se indica en la
pantalla.

Botn TEMPERATURA : presinelo para disminuir o

excluir la temperatura; el valor se indica en la pantalla.

Botn COMIENZO RETRASADO : presinelo para

seleccionar el comienzo retrasado del programa elegido. El
retraso se indicar en la pantalla.

La pantalla es til para programar la mquina y brinda mltiple informacin.

En la seccin A se visualiza la duracin de los distintos programas a disposicin y, para los que han comenzado, el tiempo
que falta para su finalizacin; si se hubiera seleccionado un COMIENZO RETRASADO, se visualiza el tiempo que falta para
que comience el programa seleccionado. Adems, presionando el botn correspondiente, la mquina muestra automtica-
mente la temperatura y la centrfuga mximas previstas para el programa fijado o las ltimas seleccionadas si son compati-
bles con el programa elegido.

En la seccin B se visualizan las fases de lavado previstas para el ciclo seleccionado y, una vez comenzado el programa, la
fase de lavado en curso:

Smbolo Puerta bloqueada

El smbolo encendido indica que la puerta est bloqueada. Para evitar daos, se debe esperar que el smbolo se apague,
antes de abrir la puerta (espere 3 minutos aproximadamente).
Para abrir la puerta mientras un ciclo est en curso, presione el botn START/PAUSE; si el smbolo PUERTA BLOQUEADA
est apagado, ser posible abrir la puerta (espere 3 minutos aproximadamente).

 Cmo efectuar un ciclo de lavado

1. ENCENDER LA MQUINA. Presione el botn ; el 7. PONER EN MARCHA EL PROGRAMA. Presione

cuidando no superar la cantidad de carga indicada en la

3. DOSIFICAR EL DETERGENTE. Extraiga el contenedor
y vierta el detergente en las cubetas correspondientes
como se explica en Detergentes y ropa.
4. CERRAR LA PUERTA.
5. ELEGIR EL PROGRAMA. Seleccione el programa
deseado con el mando de PROGRAMAS; a dicho
programa se le asociar una temperatura y una
velocidad de centrifugado que se pueden modificar. En
la pantalla aparecer la duracin del ciclo.
6. PERSONALIZAR EL CICLO DE LAVADO. Utilice los
botones correspondientes:
Modificar la temperatura y/o el
centrifugado. La mquina muestra automticamente
la temperatura y la centrfuga mximas previstas para
el programa fijado o las ltimas seleccionadas si son
compatibles con el programa elegido. Presionando el
botn se disminuye progresivamente la temperatura
hasta llegar al lavado en fro OFF. Presionando el
botn se disminuye progresivamente el centrifugado
hasta su exclusin OFF. Si se presionan una vez ms
los botones, se volver a los valores mximos previstos.

iluminar de color verde fijo y la puerta se bloquear
(smbolo PUERTA BLOQUEADA encendido). Para
cambiar un programa mientras un ciclo est en curso,
ponga la lavadora en pausa presionando el botn

lentamente de color anaranjado); luego seleccione el
ciclo deseado y presione nuevamente el botn START/
PAUSE.
Para abrir la puerta mientras un ciclo est en curso,
presione el botn START/PAUSE; si el smbolo PUERTA
BLOQUEADA est apagado, ser posible abrir la
puerta (espere 3 minutos aproximadamente). Presione
nuevamente el botn START/PAUSE para reanudar
el programa a partir del momento en el que se haba
interrumpido.
8. FIN DEL PROGRAMA. En la pantalla aparecer
el mensaje END, cuando el smbolo PUERTA
BLOQUEADA se apague, ser posible abrir la puerta
(espere 3 minutos aproximadamente). Abra la puerta,
descargue la ropa y apague la mquina.
! Si desea anular un ciclo que ya ha comenzado, presione

La duracin del ciclo que se indica en el visor o en el manual es una estimacin calculada en base a condiciones estndar. El tiempo efectivo puede variar en funcin de
numerosos factores como la temperatura y la presin del agua de entrada, la temperatura ambiente, la cantidad de detergente, la cantidad y el tipo de carga, el equilibra-
do de la carga y las opciones adicionales seleccionadas.
1) Programa de control segn la directiva 1061/2010: seleccione el programa 3 con una temperatura de 60C.

Funciones de lavado
- Si la funcin seleccionada no es compatible con el programa
elegido, el piloto centellear y la funcin no se activar.
- Si la funcin elegida no es compatible con otra
seleccionada precedentemente, el piloto correspondiente
a la primera funcin seleccionada centellear y se activar
slo la segunda, el piloto de la funcin activada se iluminar.
Seleccionando esta opcin, se optimizan el movimiento mecnico, la
temperatura y el agua para una carga reducida de prendas de algodn y
sintticas poco sucias (ver la Tabla de programas). Con se
puede lavar en un tiempo menor, ahorrando agua y energa. Se aconseja
utilizar una dosis de detergente lquido adecuada a la cantidad de carga.
Antimancha
Esta funcin es til para eliminar
las manchas ms resistentes.

Aclarado extra
Al elegir esta funcin aumentar la eficacia del aclarado y se
asegurar la mxima eliminacin del detergente. Es til para
pieles particularmente sensibles.
Plancha fcil
Cuando se selecciona esta funcin, el lavado y el centrifugado
se modificarn oportunamente para disminuir la formacin de
arrugas. Al finalizar el ciclo, la lavadora realizar lentas rotaciones
del cesto; el piloto de la funcin PLANCHA FCIL y el de START/
PAUSE centellarn (el primero verde, el segundo anaranjado).
Para finalizar el ciclo se deber presionar el botn START/PAUSE
o el botn PLANCHA FCIL. En los programa 9 la mquina
terminar el ciclo dejando la ropa en remojo y el piloto de la
funcin PLANCHA FCIL y el de START/PAUSE centellearn.
Para descargar el agua y poder sacar la ropa, es necesario
presionar el botn START/PAUSE o el botn PLANCHA FCIL.

El buen resultado del lavado depende tambin de la cor-
recta dosificacin del detergente: si se excede la cantidad,
no se lava de manera ms eficaz, sino que se contribuye a
encostrar las partes internas de la lavadora y a contaminar
el medio ambiente.
! No use detergentes para el lavado a mano porque pro-
ducen demasiada espuma.
! Utilice detergentes en polvo para prendas de algodn
blancas, para el prelavado y para lavados con una tempe-
ratura mayor que 60C.
! Respete las indicaciones que se encuentran en el envase
de detergente.

Programa normal de algodn a 20 C (programa 7) ideal
para cargas de prendas de algodn sucias. Los buenos
rendimientos an en fro, comparables con los de un
lavado a 40, estn garantizados por una accin mecnica
que trabaja con variacin de velocidad con picos repetidos
y cercanos.
Lana: con el programa 8 es posible lavar en la lavadora
todas las prendas de lana, an las que contienen la eti-
queta slo lavado a mano Para obtener los mejores
resultados utilice un detergente especfico y no supere 1,5
Kg. de ropa.
Seda: utilice el programa correspondiente 9 para lavar
todas las prendas de seda. Se aconseja el uso de un
detergente especfico para prendas delicadas.
Cortinas: pliguelas y colquelas dentro de una funda o
de una bolsa de red. Utilice el programa 9.
Jeans: vuelva del revs las prendas antes del lavado y
utilice un detergente lquido. Utilice el programa 10.
nutos y de esa manera permite ahorrar energa y tiempo.
Seleccionando el programa (9 a 30C) es posible lavar
conjuntamente tejidos de distinto tipo (excluidas lana y
seda), con una carga mxima de 1,5 kg.
Sport Intensive (programa 12) ha sido estudiado para
lavar tejidos usados en prendas deportivas (chndales,
pantalones cortos, etc.) muy sucios; para obtener los
mejores resultados es aconsejable no superar la carga
mxima indicada en la Tabla de programas.
Sport Light (programa 13) ha sido estudiado para lavar
tejidos usados en prendas deportivas (chndales, panta-
lones cortos, etc.) poco sucios; para obtener los mejores
resultados es aconsejable no superar la carga mxima in-
dicada en la Tabla de programas. Se recomienda utilizar
detergente lquido y la dosis correspondiente a la media
carga.
Sport Shoes (programa 14) ha sido estudiado para lavar
calzado deportivo; para obtener los mejores resultados no
lave ms de 2 pares a la vez.
Sistema de equilibrado de la carga
Antes de cada centrifugado, para evitar vibraciones exce-
sivas y para distribuir la carga de modo uniforme, el cesto
realiza rotaciones a una velocidad ligeramente superior a la
del lavado. Si despus de varios intentos, la carga todava
no est correctamente equilibrada, la mquina realiza el
centrifugado a una velocidad inferior a la prevista. Cuando
existe un excesivo desequilibrio, la lavadora realiza la
distribucin antes que el centrifugado. Para obtener una
mejor distribucin de la carga y su correcto equilibrado, se
aconseja mezclar prendas grandes y pequeas.

Anomalas y soluciones
Puede suceder que la lavadora no funcione. Antes de llamar al Servicio de Asistencia Tcnica (ver Asistencia),controle que
no se trate de un problema de fcil solucin utilizando la siguiente lista.
Anomalas:
La lavadora no se enciende.
El ciclo de lavado no comienza.
La lavadora no carga agua (en la
pantalla se visualizar el mensaje
H2O centelleante).
La lavadora carga y descarga agua
continuamente.
La lavadora no descarga o no cen-
trifuga.
La lavadora vibra mucho durante la
centrifugacin.
La lavadora pierde agua.
Los pilotos de las opciones y el
piloto de START/PAUSE parpa-
dean y en el display aparece un
cdigo de anomala (Ej.: F-01, F-..).
Se forma demasiada espuma.

Posibles causas / Solucin:
El enchufe no est introducido en la toma de corriente, o no hace contacto.
En la casa no hay corriente.
La puerta no est correctamente cerrada.
El botn ON/OFF no ha sido presionado.
El botn START/PAUSE no ha sido presionado.
El grifo de agua no est abierto.
Se fij un retraso de la hora de puesta en marcha (ver Cmo efectuar un ciclo
de lavado).
El tubo de alimentacin de agua no est conectado al grifo.
El tubo est plegado.
El grifo de agua no est abierto.
En la casa no hay agua.
No hay suficiente presin.
El botn START/PAUSE no ha sido presionado.
El tubo de descarga no est instalado entre los 65 y 100 cm. del suelo (ver Instalacin).
El extremo del tubo de descarga est sumergido en el agua (ver Instalacin).
La descarga de pared no posee un respiradero.
Si despus de estas verificaciones, el problema no se resuelve, cierre el grifo de
agua, apague la lavadora y llame a la Asistencia. Si la vivienda se encuentra en
uno de los ltimos pisos de un edificio, es posible que se verifiquen fenmenos de
sifonaje, por ello la lavadora carga y descarga agua de modo continuo. Para eliminar
este inconveniente se encuentran disponibles en el comercio vlvulas especiales
que permiten evitar el sifonaje.
El programa no prev la descarga: con algunos programas es necesario ponerla
en marcha manualmente (Programas y funciones).
Se puede utilizar la funcin FCIL PLANCHADO: para completar el programa, pulse el
botn START/PAUSE (Programas y funciones).
El tubo de descarga est plegado (ver Instalacin).
El conducto de descarga est obstruido.
El cesto, en el momento de la instalacin, no fue desbloqueado correctamente
(ver Instalacin).
La mquina no est instalada en un lugar plano (ver Instalacin).
Existe muy poco espacio entre la mquina, los muebles y la pared (ver Instalacin).
El tubo de alimentacin de agua no est bien enroscado (ver Instalacin).
El contenedor de detergentes est obstruido (para limpiarlo ver Mantenimien-
to y cuidados).
El tubo de descarga no est bien fijado (ver Instalacin).
Apague la mquina y desenchfela, espere aproximadamente 1 minuto y
luego vuelva a encenderla.
Si la anomala persiste, llame al Servicio de Asistencia Tcnica.
El detergente no es especfico para la lavadora (debe contener algunas de las
frases para lavadora, a mano o en lavadora o similares).
La dosificacin fue excesiva.

tempratures trs leves.
Ne pas forcer pour ouvrir le hublot: le verrouillage de scu-
rit qui protge contre les ouvertures accidentelles pourrait
sendommager.
En cas de panne, viter tout prix daccder aux mca-
nismes internes pour tenter une rparation.
Veiller ce que les enfants ne sapprochent pas de lap-
pareil pendant son fonctionnement.
Pendant le lavage, le hublot a tendance se rchauffer.
Deux ou trois personnes sont ncessaires pour dplacer
lappareil avec toutes les prcautions ncessaires. Ne
jamais le dplacer tout seul car il est trs lourd.
Avant dintroduire le linge, sassurer que le tambour est
bien vide.

Mise au rebut

Mise au rebut du matriel demballage: se conformer aux

rglementations locales de manire ce que les emballa-
ges puissent tre recycls.
La Directive Europenne 2012/19/EU sur les Dchets des
Equipements Electriques et Electroniques, exige que les
appareils mnagers usags ne soient pas jets dans le flux
normal des dchets municipaux. Les appareils usags doi-
vent tre collects sparment afin doptimiser le taux de r-
cupration et le recyclage des matriaux qui les composent
et rduire limpact sur la sant humaine et lenvironnement.
Le symbole de la poubelle barre est appose sur tous les
produits pour rappeler les obligations de collecte spare.

Tiroir produits lessiviels: pour charger les produits
lessiviels et les additifs (voir Produits lessiviels et linge).
Tasto ON/OFF : appuyer brivement sur la touche
pour allumer ou teindre lappareil. Le voyant vert START/
PAUSE clignotant lentement indique que la machine est
allume. Pour teindre le lave-linge en cours de lavage, ap-
puyer sur la touche pendant au moins 2 secondes de suite
; une pression brve ou accidentelle nentrane pas larrt
de lappareil. Larrt de lappareil pendant un lavage annule
le lavage en cours.
Bouton PROGRAMMES: pour slectionner le programme
dsir (voir Tableau des programmes).
Touches avec voyants FONCTION: pour slectionner
les fonctions disponibles. Le voyant correspondant la
fonction slectionne restera allum.
Touche avec voyant START/PAUSE : quand le voyant
vert clignote lentement, appuyer sur la touche pour d-
marrer un lavage. Une fois le cycle lanc, le voyant passe
lallumage fixe. Pour activer une pause de lavage, appuyer
nouveau sur la touche ; le voyant passe lorange et
se met clignoter. Si le symbole nest pas allum, il est
possible douvrir le hublot (3 minutes environ). Pour faire
redmarrer le lavage exactement lendroit de larrt,
appuyer une nouvelle fois sur la touche.
Stand-by
Ce lave-linge, conformment aux nouvelles normes en vigueur
dans le domaine de lconomie dnergie, est quipe dun
systme dextinction automatique (veille) activ aprs 30minu-
tes environ dinutilisation. Appuyez brivement sur la touche
ON/OFF et attendre que la machine soit ractive.

Touche ESSORAGE : appuyer sur cette touche pour

diminuer la vitesse de lessorage ou pour le supprimer
compltement - la valeur correspondante saffiche
lcran.

Touche TEMPERATURE : appuyer sur cette touche

pour diminuer la temprature ou pour le supprimer comp-

La section A affiche la dure des diffrents programmes disponibles et, une fois le cycle lanc, le temps restant jusqu la fin
du programme ; si un DPART DIFFR a t slectionn, le temps restant avant le dmarrage du programme slectionn
est affich. De plus, en appuyant sur la touche correspondante, lappareil affiche automatiquement la temprature et les-
sorage maximum prvus pour le programme slectionn ou ceux qui ont t slectionns en dernier sils sont compatibles
avec le programme choisi.

La section B affiche les phases de lavage prvues pour le cycle slectionne et, une fois le programme lanc, la phase

Le symbole allum indique que le hublot est verrouill. Pour viter dabmer lappareil, attendre que le symbole steigne
avant douvrir le hublot (3 minutes environ).
Pour ouvrir la porte tandis quun cycle est en cours, appuyer sur la touche START/PAUSE; si le symbole HUBLOT VER-
ROUILL est teint, on peut ouvrir le hublot (3 minutes environ).

 Comment faire un cycle de lavage

1. METTRE LAPPAREIL SOUS TENSION. Appuyer
FR sur la touche ; le voyant de START/PAUSE passe au
vert et clignote lentement.
2. CHARGER LE LINGE. Ouvrir la porte hublot. Charger
le linge en faisant attention ne pas dpasser la
quantit indique dans le tableau des programmes de la
page suivante.
3. DOSER LE PRODUIT LESSIVIEL. Sortir le tiroir et
placer le produit lessiviel dans les bacs correspondants
comme indiqu au paragraphe Detersifs et linge.
4. FERMER LE HUBLOT.
5. CHOISIR LE PROGRAMME. Slectionner laide
du bouton PROGRAMMES le programme dsir;
avec attribution dune temprature et dune vitesse
dessorage qui peuvent tre modifies. La dure du
cycle saffiche sur lcran.
6. PERSONNALISER LE CYCLE DE LAVAGE.
Appuyer sur les touches correspondantes :
Modifier la temprature et/ou la vitesse
dessorage. Lappareil affiche automatiquement
la temprature et lessorage maximum prvus pour
le programme slectionn ou ceux qui ont t
slectionns en dernier sils sont compatibles avec le
programme choisi. Par pression sur la touche on
peut diminuer progressivement la temprature de lavage
jusqu un lavage froid OFF. Par pression sur la
touche on peut diminuer progressivement la vitesse
dessorage jusqu sa suppression totale OFF. Une
autre pression sur les touches ramnera les valeurs aux
maximales prvues.
! Les fonctions permettent de modifier le chargement
conseill et/ou la dure du cycle de lavage.
7. DEMARRER LE PROGRAMME. Appuyer sur la
touche START/PAUSE. Le voyant correspondant
sallume en vert fixe et le hublot est verrouill (symbole
HUBLOT VERROUILL allum). Pour modifier un
programme lorsquun cycle est en cours, mettre le
lave-linge en pause en appuyant sur la touche START/
PAUSE (le voyant START/PAUSE passe lorange et
clignote lentement) ; slectionner le cycle dsir et
appuyer de nouveau sur la touche START/PAUSE.
Pour ouvrir la porte tandis quun cycle est en cours,
appuyer sur la touche START/PAUSE ; si le symbole
HUBLOT VERROUILL est teint, on peut ouvrir
le hublot (3 minutes environ). Pour faire redmarrer le
programme exactement lendroit de larrt, appuyer
une nouvelle fois sur la touche START/PAUSE.
8. FIN DU PROGRAMME. Elle est signale par
linscription END qui saffiche lcran; quand le
symbole HUBLOT VERROUILL steint, on peut
ouvrir le hublot (3 minutes environ). Ouvrir le hublot,
vider le lave-linge et teindre lappareil.
! Une pression prolonge sur la touche permet
dannuler un cycle dj lanc. Le cycle est interrompu et la
machine steint.

Slectionner un dpart diffr.

Pour programmer le dpart diffr dun programme
slectionn, appuyer sur la touche correspondante
jusqu ce que le retard dsir soit atteint. Quand cette
option est active, le symbole saffiche lcran.
Pour annuler le dpart diffr, appuyer sur la touche
jusqu ce que linscription OFF saffiche lcran.

Modifier les caractristiques du cycle.

Appuyer sur la touche pour activer la fonction; le
voyant correspondant la touche sallume.
Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche pour dsactiver la
fonction ; le voyant steint.
! Si la fonction slectionne est incompatible avec le
programme slectionn, le voyant se met clignoter et

La dure du cycle indique sur lcran ou dans la notice reprsente une estimation calcule dans des conditions standard. Le temps effectif peut varier en fonction de nombreux facteurs tels que :
temprature et pression de leau en entre, temprature ambiante, quantit de lessive, quantit et type de charge, quilibrage de la charge, options supplmentaires slectionnes.
1) Programme de contrle selon la norme 1061/2010: slectionner le programme 3 et une temprature de 60C.
Ce cycle convient au lavage dune charge de coton normalement sale et cest le plus performant en termes de consommation deau et dnergie, lutiliser pour du linge

Fonctions de lavage additifs, slectionner le programme

fonction nest pas active. prlavage.
- Si la fonction slectionne est incompatible avec une 3
autre fonction prcdemment slectionne, le voyant
correspondant la premire fonction se met clignoter et 2
seule la deuxime fonction est active alors que le voyant 1
de la fonction active sallume.

La slection de cette option permet doptimiser les mouvements

mcaniques, la temprature et leau en fonction dune charge rduite
de coton et synthtiques peu sales (voir Tableau des programmes).
permet de laver en faisant des conomies considrables
de temps et de consommations deau et dnergie. Il est conseill
dutiliser une dose de lessive liquide adapte la charge.
Anti-taches
Cette fonction est trs utile pour liminer les taches les plus
rsistantes. Monter le bac supplmentaire 4 fourni avec lappareil
lintrieur du bac 1. Au moment de verser leau de Javel, attention
ne pas dpasser le niveau max indiqu sur le pivot central
(voir figure). Pour neffectuer quun blanchissage, verser leau de
Javel dans le bac supplmentaire 4, slectionner le programme
Rinage et activer la fonction Anti-taches .
Pour blanchir en cours de lavage, verser le produit lessiviel et les
Super Rinage
La slection de cette option permet daugmenter lefficacit du
rinage et dliminer totalement toute trace de lessive. Elle est
trs utile pour les peaux particulirement sensibles.
Repassage facile
En cas de slection de cette fonction, le lavage et lessorage seront dment
modifis pour rduire la formation de plis. la fin du cycle de lavage,
le lave-linge fait tourner le tambour lentement; le voyant de la fonction
REPASSAGE FACILE et celui de START/PAUSE se mettent clignoter
(le premier en vert, le second en orange). Pour complter le cycle, il faut
appuyer sur la touche START/PAUSE ou sur la touche REPASSAGE
FACILE. Pour le programme 9 lappareil arrive au bout du cycle en laissant
le linge tremper, le voyant REPASSAGE FACILE clignote et celui de START/
PAUSE se mettent clignoter. Pour vidanger leau et sortir le linge, appuyer
sur la touche START/PAUSE ou sur la touche REPASSAGE FACILE.

Un bon rsultat de lavage dpend aussi dun bon dosage
de produit lessiviel: un excs de lessive ne lave pas mieux,
il incruste lintrieur du lave-linge et pollue lenvironnement.
! Ne pas utiliser de lessives pour lavage la main, elles
moussent trop.
! Utiliser des lessives en poudre pour du linge en coton
blanc et en cas de prlavage et de lavages une tempra-
ture suprieure 60C.
! Respecter les indications figurant sur le paquet de lessive.

Ne pas dpasser les valeurs indiques dans le Tableau
des programmes correspondant au poids de linge sec.

Programme coton standard 20 C (programme 7):
idal pour des charges de linge sale en coton. Les bonnes
performances, mme froid, comparables celles dun
lavage 40, sont assures grce une action mcanique
qui brasse en variant la vitesse et avec des pics rpts et
rapprochs.

Laine: grce au programme 8 vous pouvez laver la machi-
ne tous vos vtements en laine, y compris ceux qui portent
ltiquette lavage la main uniquement . Pour obtenir
dexcellents rsultats utilisez un produit lessiviel spcial et ne
dpassez pas une charge de 1,5 kg.
Soie: slectionner le programme de lavage spcial 9 pour
vtements en soie. Il est conseill dutiliser une lessive sp-
ciale pour linge dlicat.
Rideaux: pliez-les bien et glissez-les dans une taie doreiller
ou dans un sac genre filet. Slectionner le programme 9.
Jeans: mettez les jeans lenvers avant de les laver et utilisez
une lessive liquide. Slectionnez le programme 10.
Express: spcialement conu pour laver du linge peu sale
en un rien de temps: il ne dure que 15 minutes et permet
ainsi de faire des conomies dnergie et de temps. La
slection de ce programme (11 30C) permet de laver
ensemble des textiles diffrents (sauf laine et soie) en ne
(survtements, shorts, etc.) trs sales; pour obtenir
dexcellents rsultats nous recommandons de ne pas
dpasser la charge maximale indique dans le Tableau
des programmes.
Sport Light (programme 13): est spcialement conu
pour laver des textiles vtements de sport (survtements,
shorts, etc.) peu sales; pour obtenir dexcellents rsultats
nous recommandons de ne pas dpasser la charge
maximale indique dans le Tableau des programmes.
Nous recommandons dutiliser de la lessive liquide, avec
une dose pour la demi-charge.
Sport Shoes (programme 14): est spcialement
conu pour laver des chaussures de sport; pour obtenir
dexcellents rsultats nous recommandons de ne pas en
laver plus de 2 paires la fois.
Systme dquilibrage de la charge
Avant tout essorage, pour viter toute vibration excessive et
rpartir le linge de faon uniforme, le lave-linge fait tourner
le tambour une vitesse lgrement suprieure la vitesse
de lavage. Si au bout de plusieurs tentatives, la charge nest
toujours pas correctement quilibre, lappareil procde un
essorage une vitesse infrieure la vitesse normalement
prvue. En cas de dsquilibre excessif, le lave-linge prfre
procder la rpartition du linge plutt qu son essorage.
Pour une meilleure rpartition de la charge et un bon quili-
brage, nous conseillons de mlanger de grandes et petites
pices de linge.
Anomalies et remdes
Il peut arriver que le lave-linge ne fonctionne pas bien. Avant dappeler le Service de dpannage (voir Assistance), contrler
sil ne sagit pas par hasard dun problme facile rsoudre laide de la liste suivante.
Anomalies:
Le lave-linge ne sallume pas.
Le cycle de lavage ne dmarre pas.
Il ny a pas darrive deau (Il y aura
affichage du message H2O cli-
gnotant).
Le lave-linge prend leau et vidange
continuellement.
Le lave-linge ne vidange pas et
nessore pas.
Le lave-linge vibre beaucoup pen-
dant lessorage.
Le lave-linge a des fuites.
Les voyants des options et le voyant
MARCHE/PAUSE clignotent. Lcran
affiche un code danomalie (par ex. :
F-01, F-..).
Il y a un excs de mousse.

Lvacuation murale na pas dvent.
Si aprs ces vrifications, le problme persiste, fermer le robinet de leau,
teindre la machine et appeler le service Assistance. Si lappartement est situ
en tage dans un immeuble, il peut y avoir des phnomnes de siphonnage qui
font que le lave-linge prend et vacue leau continuellement. Pour supprimer cet
inconvnient, on trouve dans le commerce des soupapes spciales anti-siphon-
nage.
Le programme ne prvoit pas de vidange: pour certains programmes, il faut la
faire partir manuellement.
La fonction Repassage facile est active: pour complter le programme, ap-
puyer sur la touche START/PAUSE (Programmes et fonctions).
Le tuyau de vidange est pli (voir Installation).
La conduite dvacuation est bouche.
Le tambour na pas t dbloqu comme il faut lors de linstallation du lave-
linge (voir Installation).
Le lave-linge nest pas pos plat (voir Installation).
Le lave-linge est coinc entre des meubles et le mur (voir Installation).
Le tuyau darrive de leau nest pas bien viss (voir Installation).
Le tiroir produits lessiviels est bouch (pour le nettoyer voir Entretien et soin).
Le tuyau de vidange nest pas bien fix (voir Installation).
Eteindre lappareil et dbrancher la fiche de la prise de courant, attendre 1
minute environ avant de rallumer.
Si lanomalie persiste, appeler le service dassistance.
Le produit de lavage utilis nest pas une lessive spciale machine (il faut quil y ait
linscription pour lave-linge, main et machine, ou autre semblable).
La quantit utilise est excessive.
