Note:
s The above payment structure is designed assuming a tower where construction hasnt yet begun. However if you book a flat in a
tower where construction has already begun a total amount corresponding to stage of construction at the time of allotment has to
be released within one month from date of allotment.
s All the Payments should be made in the name of PRANEETH PROJECTS & SAMA CAPITAL WORKS LLP through cheque / DD
/ pay-order/ wire transfer only and the original receipt (duly stamped & signed) should be collected by the customer without fail.
s Registration Fee, Stamp Duty, Sales Tax (VAT), Service Tax/GST and any other levies imposed by State / Central Government and
Local Authorities are extra and shall be borne by the buyer/customer.
s In case of any increase in the rate of above said taxes during the construction period and before handing over of the possession of
Flat, the same shall be levied and the differential amount if any shall be borne by the customer only.
s Rs.50,000/- towards corpus fund shall be paid by the customer before taking possession of the scheduled property.
s Modifications/Alterations/Extra works/Changing specifications shall not be entertained.
s Above mentioned prices is subject to change without any prior notice.
s Any commitment made by any representative of the company shall be entertained only if in writing. Any verbal or other
commitments shall not be entertained.
