We are pleased offer you a position at SCORG International Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

At SCORG International Consulting Pvt. Ltd, our mission is to engage with young and
enthusiastic professionals who display the energy and drive to meet the exciting demands of
our high quality Clients.

You have been appointed as an Unix Administrator (outsourced on a 6 Months C2H


arrangement, to Mphasis, Chennai) reporting to the undersigned, with our firm. You are

requested to join us on or before 18 April 2016 which would be guided by the following terms
& conditions

1) Your salary would be Rs 528000 (Rupees Five Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Only)
per annum. Please provide us the list of your tax exempt investments in the Investment
Declaration Form given to you to assess the TDS impact on your salary. We are a tax
compliant organization and conform to the Income Tax Act both in letter and spirit.

2) Your employment with us is purely based on the open positions shared to us by the
client. During this tenure your work will be closely scrutinized by the client and hence
SCORG International Consulting Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to terminate / confirm your
services, based on clients feedback.

3) You would be expected to undertake any activity that the firms partners think fit in the
pursuit of your professional development and the firms imperatives. You would be
expected to support our clients development / implementation / support activities
anywhere across the globe. Initially you would be dedicated to Mphasis at their
premises to-be shared prior to joining but could move to another destination over time if
the job role demands.

4) Extension of your contract / permanent position with the client will be decided by the
feedback provided by the client based on your performance.

5) You would be on client probation for a period of one month during which period the
firms primary expectation from you is to grasp the fundamentals of the business and the
Clients operating processes. We also expect you to align yourself to the cultural ethos
and business model of our client, and you would report to whoever is your nominated
leader at client site.
6) Your working hours would be as set out by Mphasis project management team and the
holiday schedule will correspond to that of Client.

Note: During first 6 months of the contract period, you would not be entitled to
any paid leave. Thereon, you will be eligible for One Paid Leave per month
which will not be carried forward or adjusted in succeeding months.

7) All the information that you share and access during your employment and at
the discharge of your duties with the firm / client is proprietary and confidential
in nature. We have rigid non-disclosure agreements in place with our clients
who prohibit any partner or employee of the firm to disseminate the same to
anyone outside the firm. You have to religiously abide to it.

8) A set of Key Performance Indicators specific to client appear in Annexure A, B and C


which will be applicable to you. Please ensure total compliance to these policies.

the same of our team members.

1) Conformity with Mphasiss working hours/days


2) Maintaining the standards of workplace discipline set out by Mphasis.
3) Utmost courtesy to be displayed in interactions with peers, seniors and other consultants.
4) Compliance with Mphasiss attire code.
5) Ability to function under pressure without losing ones composure
6) Meeting deadlines is a mandatory requirement
7) Comply to the Reporting System of the Mphasiss
8) Make yourself available to answer official calls and respond to the priority mails
9) Function as SCORGs Brand Ambassador within Mphasis by setting the highest standards of
professionalism, integrity & performance.

ANNEXURE C

The following are the current employee policies applicable to you. In case there are
modifications and introduction of new policies it will be communicated to you.

1. After your acceptance of offer, you will receive an email about location & person you need to
report on the date of joining. If not received with-in 24 hrs from the date of offer acceptance
by you, please write to luv@scorgconsult.com.
2. On joining please make sure to write to luv@scorgconsult.com from your official ID, which will
be newly created by our client, about your joining and new contact numbers & address
changes (usually applicable in relocation cases).
3. We provide you a new salary account with-in 15 days of joining. In case the Bank
representative does not contact you with-in that time email the same to
luv@scorgconsult.com & do call us as a follow-up at 020 6680 0000.

4. Your approved timesheets should reach us latest by 5 of every month. No salary will be

processed without approved timesheet. Salary processing dates would be after 7 of
th
succeeding month. If you have joined after 15 of any month then the salary will be carried
forward and paid along with the next month salary.
5. Management reserves right to hold on your appointment if BGV is under process. You need to
comply with the employment documentation in due course of time.
6. In case any candidate resigns within 6 months of the date of joining and has served the
requisite notice period, he will be entitled for 50% of his settlement amount.
7. In case any candidate is terminated on the grounds of unethical or immoral conduct or any act
as defined in the provisions of the Indian Penal Code prevailing and applicable at that point of
time, such candidate will not be eligible or entitled for any kind of settlement.
8. In case any candidate is terminated on the grounds of unacceptable or poor performance by
the client, in such case candidate will be eligible or entitled for 50% of the settlement amount.
The candidate will have to serve the requisite notice period ranging between 1 to 30 days.
9. In case any candidate absconds or leaves without serving the requisite notice period, then
SCORG Internationals reserves the right to hold the outstanding pay. In case, if such
candidate does not respond to the notices and correspondence (any kind of notice or
communication written / printed in hard bound paper or in electronic form) sent by SCORG
International or by the Client to his address (Postal or email) as provided by him to SCORG
International in due course of time, such candidate will be severely liable for compensating
any kind of monetary or financial loss caused to SCORG International or to the Client due to
his such act or absence.
10. Any kind of settlement will be completed in 90 working days from the 7th day of the
succeeding month subject to payment clearance from client.
