DrivingUndertheInfluenceofDrugs(DUID):DUIDcouldincludealcoholin
combinationwithdrugs.Thisisanimportantmeasurementsincethedriversabilityto
operateavehiclewassufficientlyimpairedthatitbroughthisorherdrivingtothe
attentionoflawenforcement.Notonlytheerraticdrivingbutthesubsequentevidence
thatthesubjectwasundertheinfluenceofmarijuanahelpsconfirmthecausationfactor.

MarijuanaRelated:Alsocalledmarijuanamentions,isanytimemarijuanashows
upinthetoxicologyreport.Itcouldbemarijuanaonlyormarijuanawithotherdrugs
and/oralcohol.

MarijuanaOnly:Whentoxicologyresultsshowmarijuanaandnootherdrugsor
alcohol.

Fatalities:Anydeathresultingfromatrafficcrashinvolvingamotorvehicle.

Operators:Anyoneincontroloftheirownmovementssuchasadriver,pedestrian
orbicyclist.
