BOARD OF EDUCATION and ALISA NUNNO DI CHIARA, ESQUIRE [ATTORNEY for LODI BOARD OF EDUCATION THIS AGREEMENT, dated this 1* day of July, 2015, by and between the LODI BOARD OF EDUCATION, located at Main and Hunter Streets, in the Borough of Lodi, County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"), and ALISA NUNNO DI CHIARA, ESQ,, located at 45 Essex Street, in the Clty of Hackensack, County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, the Board desires to pay an annual salary for legal services which will encompass all ordinary legal services to be performed for the Board and WHEREAS, the Board and Mrs. Nunno DiChiara have negotiated an ‘employment agreement for legal services to be performed by Mrs. Nurno DiChiara on behalf ofthe Board, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED THAT: ‘The annual salaries for Mrs, Nunno DiChiara shal be as listed below: 2015-2016 $63,131.00 2016-2017 $64,394.00, 2017-2018 $965,682.00 Mrs. Nunno Dichiara will perform all ordinary legal services which will Include attendance end representation at every other regular meeting, as vell as meetingse @ ‘at which the Board requires assistance of counsel; research, consultation and rendering of ‘opinions on any and all legal questions confronting the Board and selected staff members Which will include the Board Secretary, Superintendent of Schools, School Principals, and Child Study Team; representations at all orievance and arbitration proceedings; legal rafting or review of legal docurnents, notices, contracts, and proposed policies, Mrs, Nunno DiChiara reserves the right to request additional fees for extraordinary services which are services to be rendered over and above the annual salary Which encompass protracted Itigation or protracted contractual representation. Upon such a request by Mrs. Nunno DiChiara, the Board may, in its own discretion, permit and ‘authorize or deny additional fees to be paid to Mrs. Nunno DiChiara over and above the ‘annual salary. Said Agreement shall be in effect July 1, 2015 and continue through June 30, 2018.
