More than 16 years of international financial experience supporting rapid growth firms.

BOSTON, Mass., March 4, 2016- Globalization Partners is pleased to announce that

Natalie Galvin has joined the company as Controller. Based in Boston, Natalie brings to
Globalization Partners her deep experience creating strong financial structures for fast-
growing companies and her passion for cross-company collaboration to reach
aggressive goals.

We are excited to have Natalie join our management team. Her international and
financial experience will help us continue to lay a strong financial foundation, while

Natalie comes to Globalization Partners from Millennium Partners Sports Club

Management where she was also Corporate Controller. With financial experience in
both the United States and Ireland, and in both privately and publically owned entities,
she will provide strong guidance to Globalization Partners in their continued expansion
of overseas offerings.

Natalie is a graduate of University College Dublin, Ireland with a Bachelor of Commerce

Degree and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
