 Terms & Conditions

Price:
Offered Project Prices are Ex-Factory, Lahore, Pakistan in PKR.
Prices are calculated on the current rates of Power & Control Components, copper, steel metal and raw material. Any fluctuation beyond 2% in rates will be on
customers account.
Prices are calculated on present custom duties and government taxes, any change in government regulation will be on customer account. Change in
government imposed duties and taxes at the time of import of material against customers confirmed Purchase order during manufacturing will also on customer
account.
Prices are calculated on present day of currency parity against PKR, any change in international currency rate against PKR will be on customer account.

General Sales Tax:

General Sales Tax will be charged on the offered prices adhering to the law of Government of Pakistan.
Any exemption may be applicable through valid / special SRO issued to the customer by government of Pakistan.

Payment Terms:
50% advance payment along with Irrevocable and confirmed Purchase order, 20% at the 100% availability of raw material and balance including general sales
tax at the time of FAT and before delivery of material from Green T & D Private Limited Facility.

Change in Design:
Change in the design will subject the revision in prices.

Delivery:
Ex-Factory, Lahore, Pakistan.
In case of Delivery of material at customer site, inland freight charges and insurance changes will be on customer account.
Standard product will be delivered within 01 to 02 weeks from the date of approval of drawings, and according to payment terms mentioned above.
Delivery date may vary due to unavoidable circumstances or nonstandard or make to order product
In case of any delay in delivery, Green T & D will be provide written justification.

Packing:
Product packing will be according to Green T & D standard packing.
In case of special packing, sea worthy packing or/and wooden packing, will be on customer account.

Custom Made Design:

Customized orders cannot be cancelled or altered after approval of the drawings, advance payment and confirm Purchase order.

Delay in Pickup:
Delay in pickup of project after readiness of material, confirmed Purchase order, advance payment and drawing approvals, Green T & D may charges charge
storage and financial charges.

Cancellation of Purchase order:

Following charges will be applied when a cancellation will be applied.
10% - Order received and entered on factory, work not started.
30% - Drawings for approval submitted.
40% - Job released for manufacturing.
60% - Material accumulated and production started.
80% - Readiness of Job.
100% - On FAT

Offer Validity and Prices:

Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quoted Prices are valid for the delivery period indicated in our quotation.

Warranty:
- Standard Warranty will be for 12 month from the date of energization or 18 month from the date of shipment from factory.
- Any damage during transportation, loading, unloading and installation will not cover product warranty.
- Warranty does not cover any damage due to mishandling or negligence on part of the customer.
- Warranty only covers the malfunctioning of components, defect in materials and workmanship.
- Additional Warranty may be extended for 12 months at the price addition of 3% on total Job.
- Additional Warranty may be extended for 24 months at the price addition of 6% on total Job

After Sales:
1 years free services will be offered during the warranty period. If there is no problem in the material supplied, our visit charges of Rs. 5,000/= will be charged or
as per actual visit charges will be applied, whichever is high.
Installation & commissioning is not included in the service. In case of such a requirement, separate charges will be made. Customer will arrange boarding and
loading of our Sales staff, while being offered the after sales services.

Force Majeure:
Our offer is subjected to usual Force Majeure Clause.
Factory Tests:
Green T & D shall attempt to entertain requests from Buyer to witness FAT, subject to appropriate access restrictions, if such witnessing can be arranged without
delaying the work.

Excluding:
Our offer does not cover insurance, delivery, loading, unloading and installation. If any additional services are required, they can be offered separately.

Buyer & seller both will be equally responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the quotation, price, order, contract, mutually agreed change in terms and
