RG: True, the judges have been criticized by the mayor and RG: I have spoken to a Municipal Court judge who related

Mayoral Candidate Michael Bagneris to speak at

July 11 Meeting of the Home Defense Foundation

Radio Host Jeff Crouere and HDF Founder Mike Weinberger recently held
a lengthy meeting with Mayoral Candidate Michael Bagneris, at the conclusion of
which Mr. Bagneris, a retired judge, was extended an invitation to speak to the
organizations members at its next meeting. That meeting will take place July 11th,
at 7PM, at the Morning Call Coffee Shop in City Park.

Crouere stated that the key to extending the invitation was Mr. Bagneris
endorsement of the foundations Honest Citizen Pledge, which states that when an
honest citizen defends himself during a criminal attack, all doubts get resolved
in favor of the honest citizen. The pledge has already been endorsed by several
members of the State Legislature, such as Representative Julie Stokes, and other
prominent citizens.

After the meeting Judge Bagneris stated: When an honest citizen defends
himself, his family, or his home, all doubts should be resolved in his favor. Details
about the Honest Citizen Pledge can be learned by going to the foundations
