Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University is well set to organize the UPSEE Counselling for
aspirants who had successfully qualified in the written exam on scheduled date.

of the university and fill the online registration form though online mode.

Qualified aspirant s in the entrance exam is informed that the last for the online
registration is 24/06/2017, so hurry up. On the basis of the merit list, aspirants will
be called for the verification of documents at the document verification/counselling
center. The seat will be provided to the aspirants as per marks obtained in the

UPSEE Counselling Process

It is informed to applicants the allotment of seat will be done on the basis of the
ranks by aspirants in the UPSEE entrance exam and also preference will be granted for
the seats and availability of seats in the category as per the guidelines of Indian
government.

The first and foremost step is to candidates should appear for the verifications of
documents. Candidates must carry their original certificate with set of photocopy of
each of the documents. These documents must be submitted to the verification
center.

After that One Time Password (OTP) will be provided to the students. After the
successful verification of the documents, applicants must long on their One Time
Password and provide alternatives for the courses and the institutes in sort of their
preference. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the aspirants obtained
marks in examination.

Required Documents for UPSEE Counselling

Photo-copy of the Counseling letter and original copy, Photo copy of UPSEE Admit
Card and original copy, A bank draft according to the discussed on University of IP
prospect, Medical documents/ Caste certificate, An Original degree/provisional
certificate if the aspirants are perusing, Income, Domicile and character certificates,
Photocopies of10th and 12th mark sheets (2 sets) and each documents, Score card
/Rank Card or hall ticket, Colored / black and white Passport size photographs (4-6),
Other necessary documents.
