Transition Day arrangements

On Monday 3rd July most of our Year 6 pupils will be attending their secondary school for a Transition Day.
At Harris we take advantage of this to have our own Transition Day. All classes Reception to Year 5 will
move to their new class for the morning. They will meet their new teacher and get to know the classroom
routines ready for September.

Sports Day

will now be held on Tuesday 4th July, all arrangements as previously notified. If your child has a school
lunch on Tuesdays, a school packed lunch will be provided.

PTFA HarrisFest

Remember that this will take place on Friday 14 th July during the evening. There will be a music festival
feel with music and dance from all our pupils and some guest artists as well. Dig out your tie-dye T-shirts,
wellies and flowers for your hair as we will be having a 60s theme. The PTFA are looking for people who
may like to have a stall and from anyone who can let us borrow a gazebo for the evening. Thank you.
