THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19 Board your flight from the USA to
Athens, Greece
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20 Athens, Greece
Welcome to Athens! We meet our Tour Director at the airport
for a group transfer to our hotel (normal check-in time applies).
Enjoy free time and get settled in. This evening a special
welcome dinner awaits us at a local restaurant overlooking the
shimmering pillars of the Acropolis. (Dinner)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 Athens
Sightseeing with a Local Guide features a visit to the world-
famous ACROPOLIS, perched high on a rocky outcrop
overlooking the city. Here, we see the Parthenon, the
Erechtheum with its Porch of Maidens, the Temple of Athena
Nike, and enjoy a panoramic view that includes glimpses of
the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Theater of Dionysus, and the
beautifully preserved Theseum, where Socrates taught. Later,
a city orientation tour features the Old Parliament House and a
picture stop at the Panathenaic Stadium. Built in the 2nd century
AD, it is the only stadium in the world
built entirely of marble, and was host
to the opening and closing ceremonies
of the first modern Olympics in 1896.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Perhaps
go shopping for Greek honey, leather
sandals or Tagari bags that the area is

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22 Athens: Excursion to Cape Sounion
Leave Athens on our private coach, following the beautiful
coastal road past the Athenians favorite summer resorts
to Cape Sounion. Visit the famous TEMPLE OF POSEIDON,
god of the sea. From the summit well enjoy a wonderful view
of the Saronic Islands. Dine on lunch at a seaside restaurant
before returning to Athens where the remainder of the day is
yours at leisure. Tonight, why not join in on an optional dinner
and head north to the Galatsi Hill where you can admire the
panoramic views of Athens and enjoy a true Greek evening with
good quality food and live entertainment with dancing? All the
traditions a Greek evening must include! (Breakfast, Lunch)

MONDAY, OCTOBER 23 Athens Mykonos

Transfer to the port to board your high-speed ferry (First Class
Seats) and sail into the deep-blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Arrive
at the mountainous island of Mykonos, the exquisite Island of
the Winds, where the sun shines up to 300 days a year! We will
have lunch on our own at a local restaurant and some free time to
explore. Be sure to take photographs of the iconic windmills and
stroll around the towns waterfront area in search of Petros the
Pelican, the islands official mascot for over 50 years. This evening
well enjoy a walking tour and dinner awaits us in the famous part
of town called Little Venice. (Breakfast, Dinner)

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24 Mykonos. Excursion to Delos
Join our local guide for a visit of the ISLAND OF DELOS, the
sacred island of the Ancient Greek. The island is located in the
hearth of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea and due to its mystical
location, it became home to the first multicultural civilization
and was an important trade center in Ancient Greece. Stroll
across the Agora market place, the famous Terrace of the Naxos
Lions, the Sacred Lake, through living quarters and a theatre
- all giving you an idea of daily life during that early period. A
light Greek lunch is included before returning to Mykonos.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25 Mykonos
Today we treat our taste buds as we travel to MYKONOS
VIOMA, an organic farm and winery. We visit the main vineyard
of Maou where we will TOUR the property and enjoy a WINE
TASTING paired with many traditional products of Mykonos,
such as meats, cheeses and a Greek horiatiki salad made with
ingredients from the onsite garden. The remainder of the
day is yours at leisure. Our Tour Director will have dining and
shopping recommendations. (Breakfast)
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26 Mykonos Santorini
After breakfast this morning, we board our high-speed
ferry (First Class Seats) and travel to the legendary volcanic
island, Santorini, the Black Pearl of the Aegean. We have
time to explore on our own before traveling to the unique
village of Oia at the tip of northern Santorini. A walking tour
shows us the world-renowned whitewashed buildings, blue-
domed churches, and more. Well experience the spectacular
panorama and Santorini sunset while we have dinner at a local
restaurant. (Breakfast, Dinner)
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27 Santorini: Excursion to Akrotiri
We join our expert local guide for a tour of the fascinating
archaeological excavation site known as AKROTIRI. This
Bronze Age settlement was destroyed in 1450 BC due to a
massive volcanic eruption. Nowadays, the picturesque streets,
two story buildings and local frescoes provide a glimpse to the
ways of life in the prehistoric time. Enjoy the remainder of the
day at leisure. (Breakfast)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28 Santorini
Today we have a full day at leisure. Perhaps join an optional
excursion our Tour Director will offer to cruise to Santorinis
volcanoes and hot springs. Spend time shopping or wandering
the towns and beaches. Tonight well gather together to enjoy
a Greek meal in a restaurant with breathtaking views of the
Caldera. (Breakfast, Dinner)

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29 Santorini Athens
We board our high-speed ferry (First Class Seats) to return to
Athens this morning. The remainder of the day is free to catch
up on last-minute shopping in the Plaka district. Tonight, we
will admire the illuminated harbor of Microlimano. It is said
this port was protected by the goddess Mounihia Artemis.
Later we will drive to the yachting marina, a perfect place to
enjoy our farewell dinner with drinks at one of the citys finest
restaurants. (Breakfast, Dinner)
MONDAY, OCTOBER 30 Athens
After breakfast this morning, a group transfer brings you to the
airport for your flight home. (Breakfast)
