Strategic Leadership & Operations Management
Providing overall strategic leadership for the implementation of Muslim Aid
Pakistans humanitarian relief and Development projects to the disaster affected
and in general other deprived communities of Pakistan. Strengthening and
promotion of organizational work through effective communication and ensured
the risk mitigation measures in place to safeguard institutional stakes across the
country program. Ensuring effective projects management, implementation and
periodic review of progress of program activities. Providing leadership to the
country team and ensuring team results.
Program Development and Management
Primarily focusing on Development of suffering humanity and addressing to the
needs for Humanitarian relief, Disaster preparedness and sustainable
Development programs, in line with the country strategic planning, for the
purpose developed and executed several program activities all across the
country. Promote the development of programmatic strategies and operational
systems that balance country, donor, and organizational priorities and
capabilities. Designing and Delivery of country program within the constraints
of the budget. Ensuring that effective linkages with Government and strategic
networks are established and maintained to ensure influence at national and
international level. For expansion of country program, Institutional funding in
acquired through submission of quality proposals to donor organizations.
Human Resource Development
Supervising all the activities of Human Resources Management i.e. Recruitment
& Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management & HR need
analysis.Ensuring an effective human resource strategy in place for competent
and empowered team building, in a fair, diverse and effective workplace, where
respect for people and equality are valued and promoted. Managing HR best
practices and policies, Performance Management system in place and working
effectively for capacity building of staff and partner organizations.
Financial Management, Networking and Resource Mobilization
Supervising overall financial management of Muslim Aid in line with
organizational objectives and priorities to fulfill the organizational needs.
Developing and maintaining relationships with International and national
donors and Govt. relevant ministries. Adhering of policies and resources
mobilization for program delivery as per the international humanitarian
standards.
Muslim Ai UK, from Jan to June 2014 Middle East Regional Director
Served for short term 6 months secondment assignment of Emergency Response
for Syrian Refugees in Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq. Mainly did the coordination,
communication and liasoning for the existing team, built their capacity for
program expansion and emergency response interventions.

Participated in the relief work for the affecties of Earthquake 2005 in Pakistan as
a volunteer. For the purpose visited Shinkyari, Dadar, Jabori, Deoli, Balakot and
Muzafarabad.
Also participated in the Flood Relief activities in past and other work at the local
level for community development and social services.
Adventure and Challenging targets achievement
Organized Cholistan Desert Jeep rally of TDCP as an Event Manager in 2005.
Did trekking to Mount Everest Base in Nepal. Traveled widely in Kashmir,
Northern areas of Pakistan and did trekking to the eight thousand Height
Mountains base camps including K2, Broad Peak and Gasherbrum.
Winter survival camping at highest peeks of Pakistan and Kashmir. Did longest
glaciers tracking at Biafo Hisper glaciers.
