Evidence: My motivators
Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
The challenge has been and remains my main motivation to overcome obstacles.
When something is a challenge to me, I try harder to achieve it.
Interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things I do. When a project
catches my interest, I focus on how well it works.
The competition motivates me not to be conformist with the knowledge and skills
that I have. I like to compete with the people of my job, sporty but everything under
the rules, one thing is to compete and another is to be the most everything or try to
capture the attention of the boss.
Working hard and seeing the results is also a good motivation. I have always
aspired to change my lifestyle. I do not like living the same way I did a few years
ago and I wish I could be more and more.
Relationships allow me to make friends with people who share my same interests
and concerns. I like to exchange ideas and know a little more people. It is
interesting to listen to people when you pay attention and learn from the things
they tell you.
Security has allowed me to develop easily and convey my ideas without fear.
Thanks to security I have developed better in different social and work groups.
Money has been unmotivated, even if I have had financial difficulties. It is true that
with money we can aspire to live a better life, but I do not feel satisfied to be rich, I
just wish I had the money, money is not happiness.
