Gateway Mortgage Group Appoints New Chief Production Officer

- Scott Henley will oversee nationwide production for retail and correspondent divisions -

TULSA, Okla., Sept. 29, 2015 Gateway Mortgage Group, a privately held mortgage company
offering originations, servicing and correspondent lending, has announced the appointment of
Scott Henley as the new Chief Production Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for
overseeing all strategic initiatives that drive mortgage volume across the organization.
Mr. Henley brings over twenty years of mortgage industry experience to the position and
most recently was the SVP, National Production for Gateways Correspondent Lending Division.
Henley was selected to lead Gateways entrance in to the Correspondent business in 2012 and
the division has purchased nearly $3 billion worth of residential mortgage loans since inception.
We have enjoyed some significant accomplishments in the Correspondent channel over
the last three plus years, Henley said. Gateway has a long-standing tradition of success and
this was a perfect opportunity to participate in the overall growth of the company while impacting
production across all channels.
Henleys move is complemented by the promotion of Jared Edmonds as the new VP,
National Production Correspondent Division. Edmonds draws on a wealth of mortgage
industry expertise and professional success that spans business development, high-value
account relationship, and was an instrumental piece of the team that helped launch Gateways
Correspondent Division.
