Dear Sir:

For the month of May and June, we have not received your payments. This is to remind
you to that the payments for the two months are now overdue with the total amount of
P3, 510.00

In the credit agreement you signed, you agreed to pay off you bill in 18 payments. The
payment of P1, 755.00 for the month of May was due on May 15, 2017 and another P1,
755.00 for the month of June was due on June 15, 2017. Please send the said amount
within 30 days.

Based on the companys installment terms and agreements, Failure to pay the exact
accrued amount shall enforce the first party (CompuTech Corp.) to pull out the unit,
including but not limited to, promotional freebies, accessories, genuine parts and
components, and software and peripherals for repossession.
