Payment At least 1 month before the performance. An invoice will be send.
Total amount payment 670,45 (for specification see invoice)

Terms and conditions

1. Purchaser agrees to complete the total payment at least 1 month before the performance by bank tranfer.

2. No promotion of any kind should be start until signed contract is received.

A. Promotion includes all flyers, posters, radio, internet and television advertisement.

3. Audio recording of the above-named Artist is prohibited, unless there is a written agreement with Terrordrang
Bookings Agency prior to performance.

4. Fee will be net and free of local and/or national taxes.

5. Purchaser agrees to pay for in advance, 1 round trip airline/train ticket. Do not purchase
any airline/train ticket before discussing with Terrordrang Bookings Agency exact dates and names traveling.

6. Hotel: Purchaser agrees to provide and pay for 1 double room including breakfast, late check out and dinner (or
40,00 credit for Food & Beverage) per artist for the nights of the entire stay.

7. Purchaser agrees to provide and pay for all internal and external transportation for the artist(s). This includes:
A. Pick up from airport/trainstation upon arrival.
B. Transport to hotel.
C. Transport from hotel to venue.
D. Transport back to hotel, after engagement, at time specified by Artist.
E. Transport from hotel back to airport/trainstation at time designated by the Artist.

8. Artist is entitled to bring 4 guests or guestlist/tickets with backstage access per artist.

9. Artist is not responsible for any damage of any kind caused at the event, except insofar as such damage is due
to his own gross negligence or intent. Purchaser indemnifies Artist and Agency for all costs, damages and claims
arising from the event and the performance. Agency is never responsible for any damage of any kind caused at the
event.

10. Purchaser shall guarantee proper security at all times to insure the safety of the Artist, guests and equipment.
A. The Purchaser shall guarantee proper security to insure the safety of all equipment and personal property
belonging to Artist.

11. Purchaser agrees to pay 100% of the Artist fee + Booking fee if Purchaser cancels the booking.

12. Artist is allowed to cancel the booking if the payment isn't done in time as agreed in article 1. Even
in this case Purchaser is obligated to pay 100% of the Artist fee + Booking fee.

13. Artist food and beverages: Purchaser is required to supply enough (alcoholic) drinks and food during the entire
event. Food and drinks, at choice of the Artist, shall be available for the Artist and his/her guests during their
entire stay.

14. Applies to Dutch Purchasers:

Met dit optreden ontstaat geen dienstbetrekking. Hierdoor kan echter wel de artiesten-regeling van art. 5a Wet
LB en art. 4 Besluit van 24 december 1986 (sociale verzeke-ringen) van toepassing zijn, maar de artiest of
het gezelschap kiest er voor om gn gebruik te maken van deze artiestenregeling, dus om gn loonheffingen
te laten af-dragen en niet verzekerd te zijn voor de werknemersverzekeringen. Bij een gezelschap geldt dit voor
alle artiesten. Hiermee wordt voldaan aan art. 3bis UB LB en art. 4, lid 2 Besluit 24 december 1986. Door deze
keuze mag de gage voor het optreden bruto (als uitkoopsom) uitbetaald worden.

15. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. Purchaser agrees to arrange the next equipment at the dj booth. For "DJ sets":
-One Pioneer DJM 800 (or higher) mixer; -Three Pioneer CDJ2000 (or higher) linked CD players; -Two high powered
monitor speakers; -Three free EU sockets (220V). For "Live acts": -At least 60 cm space for to put equipment
(like a laptop/controller); -Two high powered monitor speakers; -Three free EU sockets (220V).
