 POSITION PAPER:
Sex Education in Secondary Schools

The information that the students get here can be passed on to older brothers and
sisters and even their parents. We see this as benefitting the entire community. It was
a minefield of hearsay and speculation, where biology is a more of a subject to pass
than the understanding of how the body functions. To teach the drastic incline of
teenage pregnancy.

Children are more intelligent but they lack interaction skill. Learning sexual education in
secondary schools is inappropriate for their age to learn because they might understand
it in an improper way. The probable results of teaching sex education in secondary
schools are inappropriate way of understanding it, uncontrollable issues and traditional
beliefs so in conclusion sex education should not be teached to secondary schools
because of the results of uncontrollable issues and improper way of understanding it.
Teaching sex education should not be allowed because of results that may happen that
they might be shocked and be traumatized. Its not every day that these teens get to
talk openly about sex and the struggles of being a teenager in their classroom. Usually,
they talk amongst themselves in huddles and whispers. They get their information -
often tainted with misconceptions and myths - from their other friends who dont know
any more than they do. Education about human sexuality is ambivalent. It can be the
bearer of two values, good and bad. The root of this ambivalence is the nature of
human sexuality itself; it is at the same time a physical and natural event, and also a
personal and spiritual event.
 Mining Policy

The mining policy in the Philippines based on the information post by the
Philippine new star is an issue that is far from over. Controversial in this country that
has suffered its share of serious mining disasters. This policy shows that if mining is
safe or destructive to our ecosystem. The Philippine news star made an article about
this topic matter which shows the different opinions of other people on the problem at
hand.

The type of structure features descriptive information to inform the reader

of what harm may cause of mining and the possibilities of solutions of its closure.
Preposition of the author and words used to describe the position of something and the
way in which it is done. This technical writer choose words that has a positive and
negative meaning that shows what feelings the topic has. They use words with a
figurative meaning like Environment warriors which is different from the usual
meaning that has the sound of the author to know its clear and reliable.

The significant idea that the author informs us is that there is such a thing
as responsible and mining that it is possible that it can restore the environment. And
that when the inform us in the text about the workers in all the companies to reassure
that they give priority to all the workers safety as well as the health of communities
around the mines.

The author clearly focuses on finding the result if mining is truly disastruous.
The capture and keep the attention of the reader and the authors presentation on
helping to solve an important problem. The author asserts something to have a solution
to the particular problem.

The authors idea is convincing because it degraded the environment, mining

is alright if done properly, if its not expose it will not be talked about. When they have a
sufficient budget they can patch eyes and ears of authorities in all levels. The closure of
so many mines was intense and would result to many legal battles. Its alright to go
back and tackle mines one at a time which has a creditable procedure that will hold up
in court.
