SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, XXXXX and BBBB, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Sto.
Nio, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija being the legitimate heirs of the late
GGGGG who died intestate on September 24, 2006 at Cabanatuan City, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUE, and APPOINT our sister SSSS, of legal age,
Filipino and resident of Sto. Nio, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, as our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in our name, place and stead, to perform
the following acts and things namely, to wit:

1. To file a Petition for the Issuance of New Duplicate Transfer

Certificate of Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-17094 with
an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (684) square
meters, located at Sto. Nio, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, registered
in the name of KKK, before the Regional Trial Court of Gapan
City, Nueva Ecija.

2. To sign in the verification; to represent us in the pre-trial, trial and

all the stages of proceedings and to enter into stipulation or
admission of facts and documents;

3. To submit the alternative modes of dispute resolution; to enter into

stipulation or admission of facts and documents;

4. To make, sign and execute any documents or papers that may be

necessary in the aforementioned transaction.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto our atttorney-in-fact, full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act and things
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes might or lawfully do if personally present
and hereby ratifying and conforming all that to our said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
