Allow me to submit herewith my updated CV. This is to state that I am a


Indian national and that I have been living in Saudi Arabia for the past
15 years. I have 4 years of Gulf experience mainly pertaining to the
Construction & Oil & gas industry and I believe that I can be an added
value to any esteemed organization. I have extensive and professional
experience in the following categories: Procurement/Purchasing/Vendor
Management/ Sourcing/Logistics/Warehousing/Inventory/Supply
Chain/. Over the years, I have managed to acquire excellent negotiation
skills and also I have acquired an excellent reputation with suppliers in
many countries. I am fully aware of the quality assurance and quality
management requirements in my field.

To shed some light on some of my past experiences, I would like to


share the fact that I have personally founded and established the
Division Administration & Logistics Department for Arabtec
Construction LLC and that I have also personally initiated and
established three Purchase Departments in UAE, in KSA, and in Qatar
for Efeco LLC (subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC). The establishment
of the departments included interview of potential candidates,
employment, setting of policies and procedures, planning, training on
the Purchase/Procurement/Sourcing cycle, setting of SMART objectives
and KPI's, agreeing on department strategies, training on how to work in
a timely manner and about prioritization, explaining the importance of
teamwork, training on negotiation skills, training on supplier
management and on how to maintain healthy supplier relationships,
training on electronic filing, focusing on healthy and professional
reporting. My duties included managing my teams and ensuring a
healthy and timely workflow. My responsibilities included approving all
Bid Summaries, Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements including
supervising and approving Waste & Scrap Sale Operations. I have
worked on mega projects worth a total of more than 5 billion USD
across the Arabian Gulf region and have contributed to more than 100
million USD of cost savings in different sectors and this for the
companies that I have worked for. It is by maintaining healthy
relationships with suppliers that I have managed to achieve best deals
and best terms on the purchase of materials.

It is also to be noted that I have finalized scrap sale deals worth more
than 30 million USD.

It is to be added that I also have 12 years of Sales Management and Real


Estate & Property Management experience. As such, please evaluate my
qualifications and see if there is any suitable vacancy for me.
