Payment Terms:
No advance payment will be made. Final bill payment will be within 35 days from the final submission (without any error) of bill after formal hand over and
take over of the job.

Supply & installetion /Job completion Date, Time & Place: The delivery must be completed by 10 days from the date W/O Bagher
issued atbazar Plant
Gazipur Plant.

VAT & Tax issue:AIT & VAT to be deducted from the bill as per relevant laws.

Warranty: To be reworked/redelivery at free of cost for any problem due to construction quality issues.

Penalty: In case of delay completion from specified date, 5% of total contract/ WO value will be deducted as penalty for every weeks delay but total
penalty will not exceeds over 25% of contract value. If causes of delay is beyond control of contractor or company, decision will be taken on mutual
understanding.
Others:
1. During the work, value of work order may change due to change of job volume. In that case value of actual bill will be based on actual
measurements and rates are on mutual understanding. If any change are necessary during the execution of work these will be done with
mutual aggrement.
2. The contractor's pepole must follow the industrial safety rules and regulations and best policies, if they not followed safety regulations
they will not be allowed to do the work. Contractor will be liable for all accidential loss caused by their activities. Contractor's people will
resides outside of the premises.
