Check the condition of the instrument hose. If the outer surface is
damaged, the hose needs to be replaced.
Check the instrument hoses and the quick connectors for leaks Replace the sealing rubbers of the quick connectors.
Check that the hole in the instrument hose outer surface is open. Open/make a hole, if needed (refer to tech bulletin D-167).
Check the operation of the instruments and service them
according to the manufacturer's instructions Replace the o-rings, if needed. Yes / No

* Foot control

Replace the pedal knob, cover knob and bottom knobs

Check the operation of the pedal Adjust and calibrate, if needed. Yes / No

* Cuspidor
Replace the filter and membrane of the air regulator
Replace the filter, membrane and spindle of the water regulator Lubricate the spindle.
Adjust the internal air and water pressures In the service mode 38 (air 5,5 bar, water 2,52,8 bar).
Replace the o-ring in the bowl assembly.

* Patient chair
Clean and lubricate the lift motor worm screw Use vaseline.
Clean and lubricate the backrest motor worm screw Use vaseline.

Check the attachment of the upholsteries Replace Velcro tapes, if necessary. Yes / No

* Suction system (all)

Replace bowl filter, coarse filter and amalgam collector
Replace the suction tubes
Check the condition of the suction nozzles Replace, if necessary. Yes / No
Clean the separator assembly For other than Microvac, refer to manufacturers instructions.

* Microvac II separating tank

Replace the intermediate membrane assembly
Replace the drain membrane assembly
Replace the pressure balancing membrane
Clean the Microvac II separating tank
Other suction systems: Refer to manufacturer's instructions

* Waterline Cleaning System (WCS)

Adjust the feeding pressure In the service mode 38 (water 1,5 bar).
Check the operation of the WCS system

* Waterline Management System (WMS)

Check and adjust the sensors
Check and adjust the water flow In the service mode 127

* Suction Tube Cleaning System (STCS)

Check the operation of the system
Calibrate the water flow and feeding time if needed Service mode n.150 for feeding time calibration

* Operating light (Delight)

Check the focus of the light field Adjust, if necessary.
Clean the protective fascia Replace, if necessary. Yes / No
