LO Extraction / Logistics Data Extraction :

Steps in ECC System :

Step 1

1. Perform the Configuration Settings

i. Determine Industry Sector

Go to Tcode : SBIWG

Expand Settings for Application Specific Data Sources (PI) ----> Expand Logistics ----
> Expand Settings : Purchasing -----> Select Determine Industry Sector ----> Click on
Execute (Clock Symbol)
Select Standard ----> click on save

Go Back

ii. Perform Transaction key Maintenance for SAP BW

2. LO Cockpit Customization

i. Delete the Contents of Set up Tables

LBWG
enter required ----> Application Number -----> click on Execute and click on yes.

Set up tables deleted successfully.

Now check the setup tables are deleted or not.

Go to SE11
Enter the Database Table : MC02M_0HDRSETUP.

If they are deleted then it will show 0 entries .

Similarly Check this table : MC02M_0ITMSETUP.

Now Check in RSA3

RSA3 (Extractor Checker)

Enter the Data Source : 2LIS_02_HDR

Similarly check for 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL.

Perform the LO Data Source (LO Cockpit) Customization

A. Inactivate the Data Source

Tcode : LBWE
Expand 02 : Purchasing ----> Expand Extract Structure ----> Select 2LIS_02_HDR
Click on Active for 2LIS_02_HDR ----> you will see Request Pop up ----> select continue
You can see the Data Source is in Inactive (Job Control)
B. Click Maintenance Tab

Click on Maintenance ----> you will see one pop up for Request number
Click on Continue

The LHS is the Extract Structure Fields (Data Source) and RHS is the Communication Structure
Fields
(DB Table)
Select the required Fields from Communication Structure to Extract Structure
Select BUKRS and Click on Choose

Select LAND1 and Click on Choose.

Click on continue ----> Click on YES ----> Enter Package name ---->Click on Save--->Click
on ContinueYou will get the below Screen Shot
click on continue

Next Click on the Data Source ----> Click on Continue ---> You will get the Selection
Screen
Select the Fields that you need & hide the fields you need.
Click on save ---> Again Click on Inactive
Click on Continue and Again Click on Continue
Now You can see the Data Source in Active (Job Control)

* Repeat the same steps for 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL

3. Fill the Set up Tables with Data

Tcode : SBIW (to fill setup tables)

Expand Settings for Application Specific Data Sources (PI) ----> Expand Logistics ---->

Expand Managing Extract Structures ----> Expand Initialization ----> Expand Filling in the
Setup Table
Expand Application-Specific setup of Statistical Data ----> Select Perform Setup -
Purchasing

Click on the clock symbol

Enter the Name of run and Change the Termination time as like below
Select Program -> Execute in Background
Enter Output Device : LP01 and Click on Continue ----> Again Click on continue ---> Click on
Immediate ---> Now Click on Save

Now go to Tcode : SM37

Select only Active and Finished ---> Click on Execute You can see the Request ----
> Click on Job log.

Check the Status after some time

You can see Finished Status
These are LO Extraction Steps in SAP ECC System.

LO Extraction Steps in SAP BI/BW System:

Go to TCODE : RSA1

i. Replicate Metadata.
Select the DataSource ----> Right Click ----> Replicate Metadata.
ii. Execute Info Package (Update Mode is in : Initialize Delta)

Now Create Info Package

Select the Data Source -> Right Click -> Create Info Package ----> Click on Update Tab ---->
Select Initialize Delta Process -----> Click on Schedule Tab -----> Click on Start ----> After
process completed check for the Records (49814 records).
Similarly Create the Info Package for 2LIS_02_ITM
Similarly Create the Info Package for 2LIS_02_SCL

Double Click the Info Package : 2LIS_02_HDR_INIT

And Check the Flag
Double Click the Info Package : 2LIS_02_ITM_INIT
And Check the Flag
Double Click the Info Package : 2LIS_02_SCL_INIT
And Check the Flag
Now Check for the Delta Update is Available for 2LIS_02_HDR_INIT
Now Similarly check for 2LIS_02_ITM_INIT and 2LIS_02_SCL_INIT
Now Create Info Packages for Delta
Select the Data Source 2LIS_02_HDR -> Right Click -> Create Info Package

Select Delta Update in the Update Tab

Do the same Process for 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL.

Check the Records

Now Similarly check for 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL

Now Check in RSA7 (ECC)

Check for the Data Source 2LIS_02_HDR.

Similarly
Now Check for the Data Source 2LIS_02_ITM
Now Check for the Data Source 2LIS_02_SCL

Go to Tcode SM13 (update Request)

Go to ME21N (creating Purchase Order)
Go to SMQ1 (Queue Status)
Click on Execute.
3. Execute DTP's (To Load Data from PSA to DSO's)

4. Execute DTP's (To Load Data from DSO to InfoCube)
