As the Physical Environment of Stall 1. Data gathered revealed that respondents were somewhat
satisfied with a mean rating of 2.56, in terms of the space to accommodate students and personnel, the
sufficiency of the table and the ventilation in the place.
Respondents were asked to rate the cleanliness and sanitation of the canteen. On the issue and
cleanliness of tables and chairs, data gathered revealed that respondents were somewhat satisfied with
a mean rating of 2.73. On the issue of sanitation of the utensils and the cleanliness of the area
respondents give emphasis on the improvement.
Based on the answers on food quality, it shows that in terms of the taste, texture of the food,
ingredients and consistency of serving, the respondents were somewhat satisfied with a mean rating of
2.83.
There are two items in determining the quality of the staff services. The neatness, tidiness of canteen
