Scope of Work for Cargo Forwarder for EFLP 2017


I. Cargo Specifications

A. From BSP-EFLC Manila to six event destinations:


a. Event Destinations (Primary)
1. Calapan City, Mindoro 2. Victorias City, Negros Occidental
3. Taguig City 4. Siquijor, Siquijor
5. Maasin City, Southern Leyte 6. San Fernando City, La Union

*Alternative Destinations (in case some events in any of the primary venues are cancelled)

b. Weight Requirement
1. Total combined weight of cargo: 400 kgs. per destination Calapan City, Taguig City,
Maasin City, Victorias City and Siquijor
2. Total weight of cargo: 480 kgs. for San Fernando, La Union
3. Average weight per box : 20 kgs. each (total weight divided by the number of boxes)

II. Terms of Reference/Scope of Work


A. Service Provider must pick-up all cargo materials from BSP-EFLC Manila on specified dates per
event.
B. Tentative schedules of the 2017 Economic and Financial Learning Programs

For each event, a Notice to Proceed will be sent to the Service Provider upon
confirmation of event date. Said notice will contain the final date and time for the
delivery of the materials prior to the event as well as the final date and time for pick-up
of the materials after the event.
Service Provider must deliver materials back to BSP Manila within five calendar days
from the day materials were picked up from the event.

C. Service Provider must ensure that learning materials will be delivered undamaged and on
time for each event dates.
D. Service provider personnel must be at the venue at the end of the event on the final day for
the packaging of the remaining event materials that will be shipped back to BSP-EFLC Manila.
E. Upon return delivery of the materials back to BSP-EFLC Manila, the Service Provider must
issue a Sales Invoice as proof of completion of the contract per event. Said Invoice is a
requirement in the facilitation of payment for services rendered by the Service Provider.
F. Should an event in any of the primary venues be cancelled, EFLC reserves the right to
choose a suitable substitute venue from the list of alternative destinations (Part A of Cargo
Specifications) at no additional cost to BSP.

III. Payment
Payment will be made for each service rendered successfully. Payment will be processed upon
submission of Sales Invoice for each completed event.
