RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HON. PAULINO S. SAYAT, TOWN MAYOR TO ENTER

INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH AMONTAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE
INCLUSION OF THE MUNICIPALITY IN STUDENT IMMERSION FOR PRACTICUM IN THE
IMPLEMETATION OF THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM IN SCHOOL YEAR 2016 2017 AND
ONWARDS.

WHEREAS, pursuant to R.A. No. 10533, otherwise know as the Enhanced Basic
Education Act of 2013 which mandated the implementation of the K to 12 Program, Amontay
National High School will offer Senior High School Program on School Year 2016 2017 and
onwards;

WHEREAS, THE Municipality of Pitogo, through its Municipal Leader headed by the
Municipal Mayor PAULINO SAYAT louds the Department of Education in its implementation of
the K to 12 Program, deemed to be the best accomplishment in the Philippine Educational
System;

WHEREAS, the Senior High School Program will offer specialization in Academic Track
and Technical-Vocational Livelihood Track which will require exposure on the job training of
Senior High School students;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pitogo manifests its desire and commitment to serve on
partner of Amontay National High School in the implementation of its SHS Program which will
make available industries and livelihood areas in the town and provided for students immersion
during practicum research and on the job training;

WHEREAS, there is the need for the pasage of a resolution to properly vest the Hon.
Municipal Mayor Paulino Sayat with authority to enter into such an agreement;

WHEREAS, with the mutual covenant agreement of both parties, they enter into this
memorandum of Agreement under the following terms and conditions:

a. That Amontay National High School provides schedule of activities for SHS students
on the job training program in coordination with their respectice LGU department
office.
b. That Amontay National High School and the immersion Partners shall jointly
supervise evaluate and rate SHS students who are on the job training which shall
form part of their academic requirements for the course.
c. That SHS students will not be given remunerations or benefits during their exposure
on the job training.
d. That SHS students shall abide with the rules and regulation and other policies
required or imposed.

WHEREAS, that the Memorandum of Agreement shall be binding on School year 2016
2017 and onwards;
 WHEREAS, that both parties likewise covenant do faithfully abide and comply with their
corresponding obligation which are stipulated in the agreement.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize Hon. Paulino Sayat, Municipal Mayor, to

enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Amontay National High School for the
implementation of the Senior High School Program.

BRGY. MAALIW, PITOGO, QUEZON TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH AMONTAY
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE INCLUSION OF THE MINICIPALITY IN STUDENT IMMERSION FOR
PRACTICUM IN THE IMPLEMETATION OF THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM IN SCHOOL YEAR 2016
2017 AND ONWARDS.

of its SHS Program which will make available industries and livelihood areas in the town and
provided for students immersion during practicum research and on the job training;
